Superb 3 bedroom,2 bathroom with wifi, close to marina,beach and amenities

This luxurious 3 bed townhouse is situated on an exclusive gated complex in Cala D'or,only a couple of minutes walk from the marina and 5 minutes walk from the beach and Cala Egos with all its amenities including bars,restaurants,shops,ATM machine and other amenities.

The complex has 3 large pools interlinked by a gentle waterslide,and carefully maintained landscaped gardens.

This is a beautfully appointed property with a newly fitted modern kitchen which includes a microwave,toaster,kettle,dishwasher and fridge/freezer. there is also a second fridge/freezer in the large utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The open plan dining and living room features air conditioning, a 6 seater dining table, 2 sofas and a coffee table, large LCD television, Sky tv, dvd player and Wi Fi.

Patio doors lead onto a large patio equipped with a Weber bbq,sun awning and an 8 seater dining set.

The private garden has sun loungers and leads directly onto the pool area. It also benefits from all day sunshine.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes,plus a contemporary bathroom with a walk in shower, basin and wc.

The first floor features the master bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning, a fitted wardrobe and a dressing table.The bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, double basin and wc.

The galleried landing leads to two separate sun terraces , one of which gives you access to the rooftop terrace with views to the mountains.

there is also a parking space directly outside .

Other features include a travel cot and highchair , hairdryers and a safe.

We had a great week at this lovely property. Accommodation and facilities are excellent and just as described.

Great location too, easy walking distance to Cala Ego's shops, bars and restaurants and the Marina. Easy access to Cala D'or too.

A beautiful clean, well equipped and comfortable property with the bonus of a small private garden.

The property is in an outstanding position in a very private gated community. It was great to have essentials like bread ,milk and other foodstuffs in the fridge on our arrival even if it is only 2 minutes walk to the Marina and the nearest Spar. The pools in the complex were beautiful and well maintained....the pool man seemed to be there every other day. They were a big hit with our 2 year old grandson!

We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go again. Thank you Jo.

Lovely holiday home

We visited in August and had a great stay . The house is well equipped and Jo provided a comprehensive welcome pack. The air con works well and the Wi-Fi is super fast. The pools are good and particularly well suited to those with small children. Cala D'or is a lovely destination with a number of excellent restaurants.

Great location close to marina and cala egos, cals d or in walking distance. House is luxious and beautiful. Location is so pretty. P9ls excellent all 3 and great with slide. Definitely will go back.

Cant thank Jo and Dave enough for let ring bus use their lovely house.

Cant fault it anything everything you need for a relaxing week away and home comforts.

Well appointed home with everything you need for a successful family holiday

Casa Mia is a beautiful, traditional style holiday home. It is extremely well situated both within the complex and Cala Egos. As a family we loved being able to open the garden gate and walk straight to the pool. The kids loved the three pools, water fall and slide. Inside the Casa is a fantastic kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The main supermarket is approx 5 mins walk though a closer shop can be found at the marina. Each room has air conditioning which is very welcome during hot evenings. We loved visiting the restaurants at night which are child/family friendly. The complex in the evening is quiet and you feel very secure as you are in a gated complex. The owners, Jo and Dave responded very quickly to any questions we had and supplied a welcome pack of food and drinks for our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and hope to return in the future.

This property is fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend it

The owner is so helpful; left a lovely welcome pack and provided us with a home that was incredibly well stocked. The apartment is gorgeous. Lovely private garden and three swimming pools- great for young kids. Short walk from the marina and yet so quiet and chilled. I would definitely go back to this accommodation.

We bought this particular property for a number of reasons. Firstly the location of the complex being so close to the marina and Cala Egos. Secondly the location of the house on the complex itself,being so close to the pool area yet still so private and having all day sun. Thirdly this house stood head and shoulders above the others for sale i viewed on the complex. Everything from the decor to the is to such a high standard

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Palma at 65 Kilometres Car: not necessary

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. (see 30 day cancellation policy)

The remaining balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure.

An additional £200 refundable deposit is also due at this time,this will be returned on confirmation of no damage to the property.

Bookings made within 6 weeks of the departure date will require the full balance to be paid at the time of booking.

Cala d'or is a cosmopolitan resort popular with families and couples alike. It's beaches comprise of 5 or 6 small sandy coves,which can get crowded in high season,however the unspoilt large twin beaches of mandrago national park are only 5 minutes drive away.

If golf's your passion then the beautiful Val d'or 18 hole course is 10 mins drive,where the restaurant offers a very good lunch menu also, and has spectacular views over the Cala d 'or bay.

A little further afield is the pretty market town of Santanyi,it's popular market is held every wed and sat.

Another 5 mins drive takes you to one of the most photographed and most picturesque fishing villages on the island,Cala Figuera.
