A/C Very poor !

The ant problem was controllable but the A/C was just terrible ! 85F when we came of the beach and never got below 78F in the room even at night. We Will not stay here again !

Should not be put up for rent!!!

You go on vacation to relax, not be frustrated by nearly every part of the place you are at! It started with the manager not getting us the check in info when stated along with asking for $500 cash at the time of checking in (again the VRBO policy by the way). After a few messages into the manager along with VRBO, she finally responded saying she was on vacation and would get us the access info soon. The day of our occupancy came and still nothing .. finally she responded as we sit in front of the unit. Then the apologies came, fine we get it, I am glad you had time to go on vacation but that does not mean to disregard your responsibilities - we were only asking for a two second email response. Argh! but okay moving on .. We get settled and begin noticing... -the toilet is not secured to the floor and tilts back and forth. -the mold in the bottom cabinet(s) maybe more we stopped looking) of which we did not notice til the end of our stay -the closet we could not open more than 6 " because the dishwasher was installed so the door would only go so far. -oh and that dishwasher does not work - yay! -the ceiling fan is gross -the air vent is gross and filter not put in correctly -oh and ants, we keep things clean and wipe up and still ants everywhere ... like a lot of them. We have stayed in units with a few that we can spray and that is it but this was disguisting when they are on/in your glass on the side of the bed!! -ripped bedding -stained bedding -ripped umbrella

This is a great location in Orient Village. Just a few steps from shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Great experience!

Great location close to the beach

Our check in was easy and flawless. WhatsApp communication. Apartment was clean and fresh. Location was very close to beach and restaurants and a great little bakery in the building. Wii fi was decent, TV (Amazon Prime) Thank you for a lovely stay. If you are looking to book in this area of Orient Beach, I would not hesitate. :)

Great Location

I was not met at the unit, was instead given the code to a lock box to get the key, so there was no one to familiarize me with the apartment. The water heater leaked and to the best of my knowledge the washer did not work...all instructions were in French and I only ready English, but this has never been a problem in the past. Great location to all things Orient Beach and the Village.
