Location and Surroundings.

El Tarter Andorra is a village belonging to the parish of Canillo.

In the winter months becomes a ski paradise. The cross country ski along the 193 km of ski area Grandvalira, the largest resort in the Pyrenees.

The station is linked to Encamp, Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu, Grau Roig, Pas de la Casa and Porte des Neiges ski areas.

From the Ski Lift of El Tarter you can access the upper parts of the station with the iconic tracks \'Miquel\' or \'Llop\'.

In summer there are great possibilities of hiking or mountain bike or horse riding, joined by special activities for children and golf course in Soldeu.

Even though there are a number of bars and restaurants providing a lively atmosphere, the people are more family oriented than the neighbouring village of Pas de la Casa or Soldeu.
