About this property

Our house is ideally placed: glued to the Douhet channel, separated by a walking path, it is 100 m from the Douhet marina and its beautiful beaches (Face Fort Boyard) Parking for more than 4 cars, land of 3000 m², 8 x 4 meter swimming pool (unheated) and small pool adjoining the swimming pool
Restaurants and entertainment nearby 5 mins walk (no noise) and the first shops are accessible by bike (bakery, press, butcher, grocery store) as well as the market present every day in high season.
The forest is just in front of the house, and access to its many walking and cycling routes are 100 m away.
The house is in very good condition since it is new, as well as its swimming pool and its small pool. The garden is large, landscaped and allows for outdoor games. The kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer / fridge) and spacious, open to the living room and the dining room for 8 people.
Separate toilet and shower room: walk-in shower in natural stone.
The 3 bedrooms follow one another, each equipped with a double bed and storage space and overlook the channel.

Un confortablement port d'attache

Belle maison décorée avec goût, parfaitement équipée, très fonctionnelle et agréable. On sent que les propriétaires y séjournent: il ne manque rien, et les équipements ne sont pas de bric et de broc comme cela arrive parfois dans les maisons de location, c'est très appréciable. Litterie très ferme. La proximité du port du Douhet et de la page est très appréciable également... peut-être un peu moins la nuit en plein mois d'août si on a les oreilles sensibles, mais c'est tout à fait supportable si ce n'est pas le cas. Propriétaires soucieux de votre bien-être et respectueux de leurs hôtes, ouverts à la présence de nos chats. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Douhet, et nous recommandons ce joli havre, dont lequel nous reviendrons avec plaisir et confiance

Superbe séjour à Oléron

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille au Douhet. La maison est très bien équipée et très bien placée à proximité des plages, du port et des pistes cyclables. Nous n'avons manqué de rien sur place et le seul problème que nous avons eu avec la plomberie a été résolu très rapidement par la conciergerie. Nous recommandons chaudement !

Excellente semaine en famille

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille à 4 (2 adolescents) dans cette maison spacieuse et joliment décorée, bien placée juste à côté des plages. Nous avons largement profité de la terrasse et de la piscine. Très bon accueil et mise à disposition de beaucoup de choses par la propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette location.
