A high standard and tastefully decorated apartment with all the amenities as well as 3 sunny terraces facing different directions and the amazing view to the spacious swimming pool, the garden and the mountains. The first floor has a living room, 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room and a big terrace partly glazed and facing south. Also it has 1 bedroom/living room on a roof terrace with 2 sunny terraces. Total sleeps 6. Baby cot and baby chair. Air-conditioned.

Perfect apartment, fantastic location

We spent a fantastic holiday in this lovely high standard apartment with our grandchild. We valuated apartment's spacious, safe garden where Adam liked to play and short walking distance everywhere. Living room's terrace was our favorite place to have a breakfast and spent time looking over Albir. Lovely holiday indeed, Annelie-Ellen, Brian and Adam

Disappointed

The listing says that there are 3 terraces. There are not. The lower floor terrace has been enclosed in glass and become part of the living room. No outside space at all, therefore not a terrace. The distance to the beach is unrealistic at 4 minutes, it is more like 15 minutes walk. It was very hot when we arrived, so we wanted to use the outside space on the roof terrace to get some air. There was a huge parasol base, but the 3 metre parasol was missing, and no one had noticed. It was not replaced until the evening of our 3rd day. The main bedroom had a metal bed frame, which incorporated 2 very narrow mattresses, causing a dip in the middle. Probably the most uncomfortable bed we have experienced. Although the kitchen was well equipped, there were no oven tins or dishes. We had to balance food on kitchen foil to put in the oven. On arrival, we found that the TV was not working. A technician arrived the next day, and seemed to have solved the problem. At the end of the 2nd day, we could not get the TV on, so the technician was called again. He tried to explain to us, in Spanish, the process required and waiting time. However, throughout our stay, the TV “froze” on several occasions. To sort it out, we had to turn everything off and reboot. It also turned itself off on several occasions. Finally, we think, that before accepting our Rental booking, the owner should have had the courtesy to tell us that the Apartment was up for sale.

Great stay in this well equipped apartment.

Everything was very straight forward with booking and paying for the apartment. We really enjoyed staying here for 12 days as a family of 7. It’s very close to the beach and restaurants and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning.

Lovely apartment and good location

Apartment was lovely just 5 mins walk from beach (pebble beach in Albir). Pool area is great, not overcrowded and kept very clean. Apartment was very well stocked (ie salt, cling film, some cleaning products etc ) which is great for less waste. Kitchen was easy to cook in. Living room and indoor balcony areas very comfortable. TV was great and good channels available. 2 bathrooms/shower’s also great and necessary for 6 people. Bedrooms were good with reasonably comfortable beds but Attic bedroom was not as good as I thought. We needed 2 beds in this area and had a single and double advertised but single was a camping/fold down bed with poor mattress which was not great for a 9 day stay. I think this area needs a little sprucing up as it was a bit like a furnace and a furniture storage area. The air-con had to be on to make this area usable even with doors and curtains closed at all times. Admittedly the temperatures were very warm during our stay 34 degree daytime average so im sure it may not be as warm at other-times. Balcony was good but limited space for 6 people. But overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and staying in Albir. The restaurants are great and the area is tranquil and beautiful. Oh and we were inly 10 mins walk to Aldi and mercadonna , less to a small local supermarket.

Fantastic apt with private rooftop terrace...

Just had a lovely 2 week stay in this apt.. You will find everything you need has been taken care of by the thoughtful owners...Its in a quiet area & central to supermarkets - several - i might add, although a good walk away!! and the lovely sea front of albir.
