Appartement médiocre et bruits pendant tout le séjour

Bonjour, J'ai séjourné dans l'appartement de M et Mme SIMON, 10 rue Urbana 06500 MENTON du 30 juillet au 13 août 2022. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise lors de l'accès à l'appartement le jour de l'arrivée : - salle de bains : baignoire plus d'émail, carreaux cassés - casseroles inutilisables car plus de revêtements d'où danger pour la santé - pas de clim et mise à disposition d'un ventilateur bas de gamme - fourchettes démanchées - ET SURTOUT BRUIT pendant tout le séjour : travaux au deuxième étage du matin au soir, ce qu'a reconnu Madame SIMON. Le dernier jour, j'ai prévenu les époux SIMON car bruit de marteau-piqueur et ils n'ont pas pris la précaution de prendre contact avec moi. Il s'agit d'une location saisonnière de type hôtelier et le bruit n'est pas acceptable au regard de la charte ABRITEL. Merci d'intervenir auprès de M et Mme SIMON. Je signale cette situation à l'office du tourisme de Menton. Cordialement Laurent ARQUILLIERE
