Perfect property that just lacks a bit of love
This property was in an ideal locationa few minutes walk to the beach, shops,restaurants and bus stop......it was overall clean and tidy but lacked a few extras......no kettle for making tea we had to use a saucepan ,there was a coffee maker. No toaster and the oven and grill was still greasy and dirty from previous occupant. .The owner said someone would come to clean it ,they didn't arrive at arranged time ,so we cleaned it to enable us to make toast. No bathmats ,we used our hand towels. The outside had everything we needed,however there were only 2 sun beds . A welcome book with phone numbers and things to do is always useful but nothing was available. The owner however responded quickly to our messsages. We weren't met on our arrival at the property to be shown around and the cleaners left the key under a tree. The property felt unloved and could easily become perfect .
