The apartment, on the third floor and with an area of 51M2 is very well located near the swimming pool and between sea and forest. The area is close to shopping streets, restaurants and the casino, without being too hectic. The apartment can accommodate 4 people (4 fixed places) in good comfort and has all the amenities for a good holiday. If you like alternating beach and bike rides or jogging, the forest side gives you access to tens of kilometers of varied paths. The cellar is reserved for you to place your bikes without the risk of theft. The apartment was redone in 2016, in light colors to maintain the brightness of the seaside, and the equipment of the bedrooms, kitchen, living room is of high quality. Your children will appreciate the second TV located in their bedroom for a break. The kitchen is fully integrated and equipped.

Everything you want and need

Excellent apartment everything you need and will want. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. Just brilliant. Everything is in walking distance but you are not in the centre of the hustle and bustle. The beach is straight across the road. Any family or couple would love this appartment. Only negative is no lift but not a problem to us. Thank you.

Clean, well located apartment.

My family of 4 (2 adults 2 children) spent 2 weeks in this apartment in July 2017. It is very well located - overlooking the ocean, with immediate access onto a huge, clean beach. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the amenities SJDM offers. The apartment is clean and very well maintained. The owners were very helpful during the booking process, and they were easy to communicate with, responding to any questions I had in advance of travelling promptly. They were very welcoming hosts.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce logement,qui a une vue imprenable sur l'océan .Logement récemment rénové avec goût et agréablement meublé et décoré,il est très clair .Nous avons apprécié le grand balcon qui est fermé avec une baie vitrée,ce qui permet d'y manger par tout les temps . Les pièces sont spacieuses, beaucoup de rangements Des places sont toujours disponibles sur le parking reservé à la résidence, à l arrière de l'immeuble . Présence également d une cave ,pratique pour y stocker le matériel de plage ,voire 1ou 2 vélos. Je recommande vivement ce logement !
