In R + 1, is the main common room, with open kitchen fully equipped, overlooking a pretty wooden terrace sheltered at the back by a bioclimatic pergola, then the big living room view on the swimming pool, equipped with a flat screen and hifi system.

On the ground floor, a second living room dedicated to the younger ones or the farniente after beach is equipped with a table football, and a bar.

The sleeping area consists of 6 bedrooms: a master suite, 3 classic rooms, each equipped with large closets and bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as 2 spacious bedrooms in mansardes (height under ceiling 1.70m ).

Outside, the park is beautifully planted with trees, the swimming pool of 10m x 3,5m integrated into the large wooden terrace equipped with a garden furniture, which can be sheltered by the bioclimatic pergola.
