About this property

The cozy apartment Tritone is 2 steps from the sea and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Located in the center but in a quiet street will allow you to live your holiday in Marina di Ragusa without the stress of having to use the car.

The accommodation, on the first floor with its own entrance, has 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry area, utility room and a small garage connected internally to the staircase leading to the apartment, with a laundry, toilet and shower. Very useful to remove the sand off before getting into the house. You will also find sunshade and deckchairs for the beach and a second fridge. The entrance and the stairs are of exclusive relevance of the apartment including the garage is at your disposal.

The house is located a few meters from the seafront and the main square, where you can find bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, butchers, shops, banks, post offices etc. At the same time the street is quite quiet, even in the evening because the area becomes pedestrian.

I live about 3 km from the Tritone house and I will always be available for your every need.

The center is well connected by public transport. You can easily reach the neighboring cities and airports of Catania (108 Km) and Comiso (30 Km) by interurban buses.
