Smart, attractive, well maintained and equipped sea view apartment. R.T.A (Andalucian Rental Licence): VFT/MA/00141. Situated in front line apartment block, located on the 6th floor. South west facing, sunny side, from the balcony to the left you have a view of the beach, sea and promenade, to the right you have a view towards the mountains. Close to Fuengirola town centre (situated near to the Piramides Hotel) and close to all amenities yet peacefully located.


The apartment is tastefully furnished, well kept and equipped. Perfect for couples and sleeps up to 2 people. Includes a New Top Quality King size bed in the bedroom. Fitted Air Conditioning/Heating units in the lounge and bedroom. 2 flat screen TV's, 1 in the lounge (which is a SMART TV) & 1 in the bedroom. Many TV channels including BBC 1,2,3, ITV 1,2,3, Channel 4, 5, many SKY TV channels including Sky Movies, Sky Sports, etc. Also Catch Up TV available. Many International TV channels also available . DVD player with USB port. A selection of books and board games, Hi-Fi Stereo CD/MP3/USB Player/Radio/Bluetooth . FREE Wifi Fibre Optic Internet for the exclusive use of our guests! There is a sunny balcony with table and chairs and sun awnings. This privately owned & managed apartment has a home from home feel and is a cut above the usual holiday rental apartment. It is highly recommended, see our reviews!

The lounge is very comfortable & well appointed with an extendable dining table & 4 dining chairs. A good quality 3 seater sofa bed. Also, 2 comfortable armchairs.

Bedroom comprises of 1 New, Quality King Size Bed, a Flat screen TV with many UK & International TV channels. Bedroom suite comprising of bedside cabinets, with bedside lamps and rugs, dressing table & stool with vanity mirror. A fitted Air Conditioning/Heating unit, a large fitted double wardrobe with built in drawers & plenty of hangers, laundry basket. Spare linen, duvets, blankets & extra pillows, folding washing line. Iron & Ironing board, Hair Dryer.

Well equipped kitchen with ceramic 4 ring hob, full oven/grill, extractor fan, new Zanussi fridge/freezer, new Whirlpool dishwasher (3 in 1 tablets provided), Samsung microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete with all crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Iron and ironing board, washing line with clothes pegs are also provided. Bathroom, comprising of WC, vanity unit/washbasin, full length bath with shower, non-slip rubber bath mat, new Samsung washing machine (detergent & fabric conditioner provided). Towels provided (including beach towels), toilet paper & soap provided.

The apartment also has a built in safe.

The apartment has a Security door and no adjoining balconies. The entrance to the block is attractive, secure and is well maintained. The block has 4 lifts & is wheelchair accessible (Please note, the apartment is not suitable for permanent wheelchair users), the block also has a porter/janitor.

This quality, well maintained & equipped 1 bedroom apartment is located in the popular seaside town of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol in Spain and is very close to the town centre. Outside, the south west facing balcony has a lovely sea & beach view, a table & chairs (including beach chairs for the beach!), perfect for sipping sangria on the warm Costa del Sol evenings and watching the sun go down! The sandy beach is directly opposite the apartment block. Fuengirola itself is packed with great restaurants, bars as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest, including Sohail castle where summer events are held including concerts and fairs and a lovely river walk with a variety of outdoor activities for all ages. All of which are located within an easy walk of the apartment. Also, the famous 'Fish Alley' area with a large selection of bars & restaurants offering international cuisine is only a short walk away. Fuengirola's famous zoo, 'eco park' is only a few minutes walk away. Myramar commercial shopping centre is about 10 minutes walk away. There is a large surpermarket a couple of minutes walk form the apartment, a pharmacy is opposite the block and there are a many restaurants close to the apartment.

Christmas in Fuengirola

This was our second Christmas to Fuengirola.

Jo met us at the apt and showed us round , showed us how everything worked etc, the apt was all lit and looked really welcoming. They had provided a welcome pack so i could unpack straight away instead of trudging off to the shop for milk and things.

Everything was provided for our stay , washing up liquid and cloths.All stuff for the washing machine, New soap in the bathroom.

The apt was spotless. All furnishings, bedding, towels etc all beautiful.

The weather for our stay was mixed from glorious sun to gales and rain.

At our departure time Joe came to the apt to see us off.

I have to say that this apt lacked nothing and is one of THE best we have ever stayed in and Jo and Joe made every effort to ensure a good experience from my first email to our time of departure, so thank you both.

Great location, easy access to all bars, shops, transport and beach. Apartment is very clean and tidy, well equipped. Jo & Joe very helpful and nice, would recommend.

Perfect Winter Break.

My husband and I have just returned from this apartment. We were met there by Jo and gave us a lovely walm welcome explaining how everything worked.

The apartment was spotless and had everything you need for a comfotable stay and included a thoughtful welcome pack and towels.

Its in a lovely quiet setting halfway between the castle and the Marina but everything was only a short walk away.

We met Joe at one the bars he owns (Dylans & The Britannia) where guests can receive a 10% discount. He introduced himself and was very friendly. I can highly recommend both pubs as food, drinks and staff were great.

From my first enquiry to our last day when Joe came to see us they are both friendly and helpful.

Looking forward to when we can return. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great little flat

Really well equipped small flat, ideal for couples. Great position away from the busiest part of town but 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Although on the side of the apartment block , the small balcony gives great views over the beach and out to sea. Would happily come back for a week's holiday.

We didn't hire a car, taking the train from the airport at Malaga direct to Fuengirola. Although not one's to sit on the beach (for which the flat would be ideal), we found plenty to do for a week in the town.

Beautiful Apartment!!

My husband Paul and myself stayed in Jo and Joe's apartment in March of this year and had a wonderful time. We booked this apartment because the photographs on the website looked so inviting and were just to our taste. We were not disappointed when we arrived! Jo and Joe were outside to meet us and escorted us in and showed us around, explaining how everything worked etc.. There was a welcome pack set out on the kitchen counter top, which was indeed 'welcome' as we arrived late evening and was able to have a cuppa right away. The apartment is so lovely and homely, having everything you could possibly need for your holiday right there. The comfort factor has been catered for perfectly. The bed is very comfortable, as is the sofa and armchairs in the lounge. The kitchen is extremely well equipped.....even has a dish washer and there's a washing machine in the bathroom. All the cleaning products are already there for you to use, so no shopping for household products required. There are two beach chairs provided, which we made good use of while we were there as the beach is literally across the road. This apartment is so lovely, extremely well presented and it is absolutely immaculate! Jo and Joe are lovely people and are so easy to communicate with, answering emails very quickly. We loved this place and would recommend it to anyone. Hopefully, we will make a return visit in the not to distant future.

Second stay at this fantastic apartment!

We had a lovely stay at Joe and Jo's apartment. We have stayed here before and it was just as nice as we remembered it, in fact they have made a few improvements and the apartment is as always, very clean & well maintained. We were delighted to find that they now have wifi (which is free) and also still have all the UK tv channels, BBC, ITV and loads of movie and sports channels. Joe and Jo were there to meet us on arrival to show us around again and to make sure we could connect to the wifi. Much attention is paid to detail in the apartment and has a home from home feel and there was nothing that we wanted that wasn't already in the apartment. We definitely recommend this apartment, perfect for couples and in a great location. We really enjoyed our week in Fuengirola and there are some very nice and reasonably priced restaurants close by.

Apartment block is located close to Hotel Piramides, 2 minutes walk to the town centre and is on the promenade, directly opposite the 6km long sandy beach with sun beds and near by water sports activities. Supermarkets, chemist and other amenities are close by as is Fuengirola's popular Sunday Market. Myramar shopping centre & cinema 10 minutes walk away. Large selection of international restaurants and bars close by to suit all budgets.

Also, Fuengirola's famous 'Fish Alley', a pedestrianized area is only 5 minutes walk and has every type of restaurant and bar.

Fuengirola port is 5 minutes walk away where you will find various activities for all the family, including a mini funfair.

18 hole Crazy Golf 10 minutes walk away. Fuengirola Zoo 10 minutes walk. Fuengirola's famous castle & gardens, 10 minutes walk. Nearest golf course, Mijas Golf, 10 mins drive. Many other golf courses, a Safari park & Marine World are near by.
