The apartment was perfect for our requirements.

Everything went according to plan . We were delighted with the cleanliness of the property and the excellent attitude of the owner, both of which contributed so much to our stay.

Light and spacious apartment

The apartment was bright, spacious and very clean. It was thoughtfully furnished and very well maintained, with comfortable beds, good bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It's located in a quiet residential area with a bar and pasticceria nearby. Parking directly outside was no problem and the location was very convenient for Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena and Bologna (easy to reach on the train from Parma if you don't want to drive). Communication with Raffaella was very friendly and professional. She gave a very warm welcome, showed us how everything worked, recommended local restaurants and even made an appointment for us. We liked Ristorante Pizzeria Zefiro and Tramonti (Botteghino). Trattoria Ai Due Platani looked very good, but was fully booked. Maybe next time!

Fantastic VRBO and host!!!

Our stay at Raffaella’s Vrbo was amazing! She met us when we arrived and check-in was quick and easy. We always had a parking space in front of the unit and the neighborhood felt super safe. The apartment was beautiful and Raffaella even had a welcoming bottle of Lambrusco and Parmesan cheese waiting in the refrigerator. The place was spacious, bright and full of windows. The terrace was a nice place to relax and have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We walked into the city without any problem…however there were bus stops available within a block or two which makes the trip into Parma a lot quicker! The apartment is beautifully appointed and the bathtub was a wonderful luxury at the end of a long touring day. Overall, it was one of the best places we stayed in our month long France/Italy trip. We highly recommend Raffaella’s lovely Vrbo. Thank you for the lovely stay. Robin and Rick
