Beautiful apartment of 83m2 very bright ground floor of a house, facing oyster huts, 100 m from the train station, easy parking, close to all amenities on foot, consisting of a large living room and 2 bedrooms. cycle track in front of the apartment, the port of Arcachon 4 km away. Bike storage available. 1st bedroom with 140x200 bed, 2nd bedroom with 140x200 bed and mezzanine bed 90x200. umbrella and booster bed available.
Equipment: TV, WIFI, fridge, gas cooker, electric oven, MW, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle. No smoking, pets are not allowed.

Trés bon séjour pour notre deuxieme été

Trés bon séjour encore cette année. Appartement agréable et trés bien situé sur le port, dégustation d'huitres à quelques metres à pied, beaucoup de pistes cyclables, nous allions à la plage en vélos, beaucoup d'activités à faire dans les environs. L'appartement est trés bien equipé, comme à la maison, des jeux, des livres, des sacs en paille jusquau gauffrier. Pleins de petites choses mais qui facilitent et rendent agréable notre séjour.

Logement abordable et bien situé, mais…

Logement fonctionnel mais vétuste. Bon, c’était un des meilleurs marché dans les environs donc on n’est pas trop difficile, mais… A notre arrivée, un dégât des eaux fortuit a un peu terni le tableau de l’annonce. Bon, ca c’est la faute a pas de chance, par contre, la propreté de la vaisselle et surtout des meubles de cuisine est à revoir, et ne laissez rien traîner car la nuit les souris sont dans la place ! Si vous avez des jeunes enfants qui doivent dormir tôt, oubliez, car les voisins du dessus font pas mal de bruit tard le soir, enfin ça permet de couvrir le bruit des souris ! Bref, même si la communication avec le propriétaire est bonne et qu’il est arrangeant pour les arrivées et départs, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Bien situé

Logement près de tous les commerces essentiels et accessibles à pied. Il en de même pour l'accès au centre-ville d'Arcachon qi démarre par un sentier pédestre. Belle vue sur le port. Logement très fonctionnel et agréable.

Très bien

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Deux chambres, l'une donnant sur une cour intérieure, au calme, l'autre donnant sur la rue, avec de la circulation mais pas trop bruyante. Très propre, parfaitement équipée et intérieur très sympathique. Au pied du port ostréicole de La teste, à quelques minutes à pied du centre et à proximité des plages, et autres sites à visiter (La Dune du pyla, ...). Je recommande chaudement ce logement.

Très bien

Un appartement très confortable, propre et conforme à l'annonce. Bon accueil, bons équipements, literie confortable, chauffage efficace. L'appartement est spacieux et donne sur une petite terrasse. Commerces à proximité. L'environnement est un peu bruyant mais ce n'est pas gênant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'avoir vue sur le port, d'accéder directement à la piste cyclable, de pouvoir nous garer facilement et gratuitement. Pour nous, c'était parfait et nous recommandons cette location. Nous espérons revenir !
