Ideally located steps from the beach of the Americans, near the market, the jetty and shops (accessible on foot or by bike), the villa is close to the bike path and forest.

Large garden, indoor terrace. Ideal for family holidays.

The house is on 2 levels, linked by an interior staircase and independently accessible from outside.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom, 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom and separate toilet.
Upper level: double living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, terraces.

On the indoor terrace, a shed used as a utility room and a plancha available.

Belle maison bien située près de la plage des américains.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison, bien équipée, terrasse intérieure ombragée très agréable avec plancha à disposition, propriétaire disponible et très sympathique. Seul bémol, le bruit des voitures tout de même bien présent (la journée surtout), mais sinon maison très bien située, proche de la plage des américains. Tres joli jardin, spacieux et bien arboré. A noter: escalier dangereux pour enfants en bas âge (pas de barrière latérale).

Vacances au top !

Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables dans la maison d'Anne-Marie. La proximité de la plage, des commerces, du débarcadère sont vraiment appréciables. La maison est cosy, propre, agréable : on s'y sent chez soi ! Un petit bémol, la proximité de la route - un peu bruyante - mais tout est oublié lorsqu'on est dans la maison ou sur la terrasse intérieure, où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas. Je recommande vivement !
