The apartment we offer was completely renovated and furnished in 2016. Thanks to its complete equipment and its comfort, it received the official classification 4 stars. It is a 95m² F4 composed of a living room / dining room / open kitchen of 30m², a separate wc, a bedroom 12 m² with a walk-in shower room and wc adorned with stones, a bedroom of 12 m² with wardrobe, 1 bedroom of 20 m², 1 bathroom, 1 dressing room, 1 terrace of 5 m². It is located on the 1st floor of a Place Foch building, or Place des Palmiers as the Ajacciens call it.
The main facade overlooks the Place and makes the apartment bright.
A terrace on the back facade will immerse you in the atmosphere of the lively old alleys.
We have designed this accommodation to welcome visitors on vacation or on business trips. Nothing is lacking in comfort and nothing useless clutters the spaces.

We will be by your side, according to your needs, to facilitate your stay and give the extra soul that will not make you feel foreign to this new environment.

You are at the crossroads of two environments that make the city of Ajaccio, one of the most pleasant cities to live in Europe. From the typical Mediterranean old town of Genoese origin with its small tight alleys, its buildings hanging from each other, its souvenir stalls, its many terraces of bars and restaurants with neighborhoods developed in the 19th century, of more French inspiration, with its large bourgeois buildings and its avenues.
It is indeed the hyper center of the city where everything that must be seen and done in the first place is possible on foot in a few minutes around.
For those who come for professional reasons, you can walk to the Palais des Congrès and most of the administrations: Prefecture, Territorial Collectivity of Corsica, General Council, Town Hall, Police Station, ...
To occupy your days, the Tourist Office, located 2 minutes walk, will offer a wide variety of activities.
A selection of possible activities in the neighborhood will be given to you upon arrival.
Accessibility:
By staying at this address, the use of the car, its cost and its worries, is futile.
The port will allow you to connect different areas of the coast from Bonifacio to Porto via the Calanches de Piana and Girolata.
The bus station has regular lines to get everywhere in Corsica by coach.
The train station will take you to Balagne or Bastia, passing through Corte, the independent historic capital of Corsica and crossing magnificent landscapes.
The ferry terminal will connect you to France with daily connections to Marseille, Toulon, Nice by ferry, mixed cargo, high speed ship.
Finally, Napoléon Bonaparte International Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by Taxi, VTC or Shuttle.
If the need for independent travel arises, car, motorbike, Segway, boat, jetski, etc. rental companies are present in the neighborhood.
To access your accommodation:
From the airport: 15 mins (normal traffic) in Taxis or VTC from 20 to 30 €. A regular shuttle will drop you off at the train or bus station.

From the ferry terminal: 5/7 mins on foot
From the bus station: 5/7 mins on foot
By car: Several public car parks are nearby, the closest of which is 100 meters away (in front of the Palais des Congrès, entrance by the Quai de la République) and 1 indoor car park 200 meters away (entrance by avenue Eugène Macchini). parking on public roads costs 2.5 € for 5 hours on weekdays and 3.75 € for 7:30 am on Saturdays and free on Sundays and public holidays.
