Situated on the south coast of Tenerife between the vibrant resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Christianos.The apartment is part of the Compostela Beach Golf II complex, built on the perimeter of the renowned golf course Las Americas. Whether you are looking for the exciting nightlife of the clubs in Las Americas or the more leisurely pace of Los Cristianos you are never more than a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi ride away. The apartment has the prime location of ground floor pool side, sleeping 6 people, with a large patio area, that is sunny throughout the day. Visitors to the complex will enjoy a friendly relaxed family atmosphere. Facilities include a large child friendly
pool, plenty of free sunbeds, a poolside bar and restaurant, full entertainment programme, large roof top sun terraces boasting fantastic views of the adjacent golf course and the awesome Mount Teide. The reception is manned 24hrs a day with English speaking staff.
Facilities of the Complex: 1 large swimming pool (heated during the winter months) plus a children's pool, table tennis, table football, pool tables, kiddies play area, restaurant, bar, entertainments programme
Transfer to the apartment: Taxis are in abundance on the island. The airport is a quick 15 minute drive away, taxis cost approx 18 euros or alternatively reasonably price car hire is available from the airport, book able before departure.
Reception will organise taxis for you and no matter what time of day, it will be with you within minutes.
Golf: This location is ideal for a golfing break. Situated alongside the Las Americas golf course, and many other golf courses within a short drive.

All round excellence. Great apartment. Great owners. Great communication. Great location
No faults what so ever. Stayed in October 2017. Great communication from start to finish of our holiday from the owners Mick & Julie. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipt. Excellent location both on the complex and situated close to all local ammedities. Supermarket just across the road. Taxis to be had with ease. Costing around 5-8euros to beach, shopping and clubs and bars. This is a great location whether you just want to lounge around the pool or venture out
Overall great time. Will be returning :)
Perfect accommodation Perfect Location
Stayed in Julie & Micks apartment for 11 nights and it was like home from home. Everything there you need for a very comfortable stay including TV, games, books.
Right by the pool which is great for the kids and you can sunbathe in privacy on the veranda whilst still being able to see the kids in the pool
Bedrooms where a very good size, one with a massive ensuite and another separate bathroom
Beds were a bit hard but we still managed to sleep fine
No air con only ceilings fans. We found if you leave the fans on full all day and keep the curtains closed it kept the rooms reasonably cool.
Very easy check in/out process and Julie & Mick gave us loads of helpful info before we went.
Location is fab, I would say a 20 minute walk into Las Americas and a 15 min walk into the top end of Los Christianos
Supermarket right opposite which is very reasonably priced
Would highly recommend and we are looking into returning next year

Apartment Review
We stayed at the apartment for two weeks, 4 adults and a toddler. It was in a perfect position on the complex right next to the pool and overlooking the children play area. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. The owner was easy to contact and sent prompt email confirmations. There is a new supermarket across the road which is cheaper than the complex shop, it does close for Spanish holidays and Sundays. I would fully recommend the apartment to friends and family. We booked the 2 day trips to Aqualand waterpark and Jungle Park which were good value. We eat at De Cappo in Los Cristianos you need to book very good food.
Lovely apartment
The apartment is in a great location, easy walk to Los Cristianos and cheap taxi ride home. The pool is perfect for smaller kids as it is not too deep. The apartment is in a perfect position right beside the pool, it is very clean & spacious. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Overall had a great stay and would love to return again,
Lovely apartment.
Had a lovely holiday in Tenerife. The apartment had everything we needed and more from books, dvds and playing cards to childrens swimming toy . It was a lovely size and had plenty of room for the six of us. It was an ideal spot, sun most of the day and only a few metres from the lovely swimming pool and as I have limited mobility was ideal as the pool had gentle steps that was easy for me to enter and leave which a lot of pools haven't got. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The restaurant and bar area was very nice and we ate there a few times as they had a different themed eating plan every night. We ate there on the Moroccan night and the Asian night and the food was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff both at the restaurant/bar area and at reception. Small shop on site that sold the essentials but a bit overpriced but there is a big supermarket across the road which we went to. As I cannot walk too far we had taxis into the main areas and beaches of Las Americas and Los Christianos which were lovely places , and the cost was roughly 4-5 Euros.The beaches were lovely the nightlife was really good, something for everyone. It was a pleasure and very easy to keep in touch with Julie and Mick throughout the whole process of booking and finding out about things. I have already recommended the property to family and would definately return in the future.
Location
Compostelo Beach Golf II is situated between the resorts of Playa De Las Americas and Los Cristianos, on the sunny south side of Tenerife. A 10 minute walk either left or right leads you to the centre of each of these two resorts. Las Americas is the most popular resort on the island, famed for its excellent nightlife and activities for all ages, plus a visit to the designer shops and dancing fountains in the Mare Nostrum area is a must. In contrast, Los Christianos, which was originally a small fishing village and still retains some of this charm, now has the best beaches on the island. Both resorts have many bars and restaurants of every cuisine to suit all palates.
