About this property

The apartment guarantees high standards of cleanliness given the covid emergency.
I take minimum 24 hours between check out and the next check in for cleaning, airing and to make a complete sanitizing of the apartment with professional products and dry steam.
In addition I provide the apartment with masks, gloves and disinfectant gel for my guests.
The apartment has been lovingly renovated with prestigious finishing in April 2014. There are two bedrooms, one with a French bed and the other with two single beds. Al the beds have mattress and pillows in memory foam There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one ensuite with jacuzzi, equipped kitchen, large living room with a sofa-bed for two people more.
On request is available baby cot.
Guests have free wi-fi, smart TV, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, jacuzzi, DVD and CD player, heater, air conditioning, iron + board, safe.

WOW....totally brilliant

Ricardo is a stand out excellent owner.....extremely friendly and superb communication throughout from booking to arrival. He could not be more helpful and has an incredible local knowledge...ask just about any question and he will be able to help The apartment is just excellent, warm, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath. The other with a shower unit. Plenty of towels, extra bedding if you do get chilly during a winter stay. The apartment is really beautifully renovated to an elegant style and design. Nice lounge area for chilling out in an evening and good sky channels to keep you entertained. Great kitchen facilities with dishwasher, cooker, fridge and freezer....etc...really well laid out and designed. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and a really nice welcome pack. So to location...out the front door, a quick right and onto the Main Street a left.....follow this road for about 10 minutes to the Mac Donald’s on the right hand corner take a right and you are 5 mins from the duomo....perfect location close to the city. Pam supermarket on the route, so you can pick up supplies on the way back home The apartment is situated up a few flights of stairs, with night lights to illuminate and bannister rails. Very very secure property. 5 - 10 minutes walk to the main train station and the tram system Ricardo will provide you with maps and info as required and list on the map good restaurants, ice cream parlours etc etc. Great nice light and airy apartment, with all the facilities you could need for a stay in this beautiful city. Lovely apartment, very well situated in Florence

This apartment was very comfotable, well equipped and very conveniently located close to the centre of Florence. Riccardo was very helpful in explaining how things worked and giving us tips on places to visit whilst in Florence. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to others.

Great location and spacious flat

Spacious, clean, well-stocked apartment in great location. Check-in was easy and communication was great. 10 minute walk from the train station and close to all the sites. Overall great stay in Florence.
