Villa of 120 M2 with swimming pool (heated if necessary until the end of September) located in a quiet area 150 meters from the beach in Frontignan Plage, Hérault.
It consists of a garden level with a living room / kitchen of 56 m2 opening onto a tiled terrace with garden furniture on one side and onto the secure swimming pool on the other side, facing south, d '' a living room with convertible sofa (140 cm), a WC and a laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with air-conditioned cupboards and a bathroom with Italian shower and bath and WC.

Lovely property close to the beach

We spent a lovely week at the property in early August. The house is well equipped throughout and the air-conditioned bedrooms are great at the end of a long hot day. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away and is both child friendly and remarkably uncrowded even at peak times. The immediate area (5 minutes walk) has a few restaurants and a well stocked shop, these local amenities mainly cater for the number of campsites in the area. We enjoyed our relaxing time at this property in Frontignan plage and would certainly consider returning again in the future.

Super séjour à Frontignan

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, confortable, très propre et bien équipée. La piscine est très agréable et la climatisation dans les chambres très appréciée. La mer est à 5 minutes à pieds. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. Encore merci Nicolas pour votre sympathie, et bonne continuation. A une prochaine fois peut-être ! Très bien

Hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles. Chambres climatisées pour dormir au frais, maison au calme et très proche d'une plage peu fréquentée. La piscine est un vrai plus. Bref un séjour très apprécié,a renouveler si l'occasion se présente!

Toller Urlaub in perfekter Lage

Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Aufgrund des Pools waren wir allerdings nur wenige Male dort. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, da es so nah an den Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand liegt, aber trotzdem total ruhig ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder dort verbringen!!!

Séjour parfait

Edwige et Nicolas nous ont parfaitement bien accueillis dans une maison idéalement équipée pour accueillir des familles avec bébés et jeunes enfants. Leur maison est très agréable, très bien entretenue et à moins de 5 minutes de la plage à pied. Nous avons adoré la semaine passée chez eux.
