The views are spectacular from every window, close to many attractions but quiet on the Loch shore. The reviews say it all, people having been coming every year for years and years and never tire of the cottage.
The views from inside of the cottage are some of the best of the west coast of Scotland you will ever find.
4 adults, 2 dogs. We had a super holiday. The cottage is clean and comfortable. The veiws are spectacular and ever changing as the day goes on and the weather changes. Adrian and Joanne are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The stove makes the cottage very cosy and there was a plentiful supply of logs.
Thank you both for a lovely holiday.
Loved the house, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery and all modern appliances. The large lounge was comfortable and great for relaxing and socialising. The conservatory has stunning views over Loch Linnhe and is a great room for dining and chilling. The house was always lovely and warm...so much so that we didn’t need to use the log burner (unfortunately!). Having 3 bathrooms was also a big plus. The location of this house is fantastic; waking up to the gorgeous views over the Loch and the surrounding snow capped mountains was heaven. It’s in a gorgeous, quiet location but within easy drives to Fort William and the Nevis Ski Range. The boys loved skiing and snowboarding at Nevis and the rest of us enjoyed a gondola ride up to the ski slopes to view the skiiing. We loved the local walks, especially to Steall Falls at Glen Nevis...absolutely gorgeous! It was my first visit to the Scottish Highlands and it didn’t disappoint. A visit to the Harry Potter viaduct at Glenfinnan is a must. We’d love to return to this fabulous house with its amazing views and wildlife. Thank you for letting us stay.
every was beautiful and clean, very well equipped. place for everything , just like home . we will definitely stay again.
Fantastic setting
We have stayed twice in October and February and found it warm and comfortable. It has a superb lounge with wall height windows so that you can sit and enjoy the view of the sea and hills and of cours eit is next to the sea.
Could not have been better. The accommodation superb. Couldn't wish for better views and surrounding s. So good we've booked for next year. 👍👌
Glencoe being 7 miles south and Fort William 8 miles north, where the highest mountain in the UK can be found, Ben Nevis, there are plenty of things to do. Visit a battle ground from the clan age, ride a steam train through some beautiful scenery to Mallaig, which travels over the famous viaduct from the Harry porter movies. Or take a walk to one of the many waterfalls in the area. Visit the ski resorts for down hill bike riding or winter ski sports. Sample our exceptional sea food, collected daily for the loch's. You can take a ferry to visit the small islands to view all the wildlife there is to offer.
