Penthouse Apartment For 6 Persons, 3 Bedrooms (See Reviews, 2 other apartments)

This penthouse is sited in the secure, front-line development of Oasis Beach, in a tranquil corner of the Costa Blanca, adjacent to the Morro de Toix nature Reserve and only a short walk from Luis Campomanes Sports Marina.

The penthouse upper level has a conservatory with 2 double sets of panoramic sliding door from which exits to the sun terrace, a partly enclosed dining/sun lounge area and plunge pool all with privacy for your exclusive use. With sun from dawn to dusk and with privacy as we are not overlooked.

This luxury penthouse apartment has three bedrooms, two of which are south facing overlooking the sea to the front terrace and the other bedroom facing west with mountain views with the sun till late evening. The main bedroom has an ensuite which includes a hydro massage bath. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds which can be converted to a double bed with a further bathroom.

The apartment has a spacious living dining area which is both comfortably and stylishly furnished which opens out onto the terrace where you can sit and relax on comfortable terrace sofa and chairs and watch the sea and the many boats and divers as well as rock climbers visiting the area.

In addition to the private pool, there is a communal pool with sunbathing areas directly below the apartment which is sunlit for most of the day.

LOUNGE, TERRACES & GROUNDS

This luxury penthouse apartment is situated over two floors, with Italian marble flooring, air-conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms. The spacious lounge is furnished to a high standard with modern stylish furniture with flexible seating arrangements, to ensure a memorable experience.

Full width glass doors from both the dining and main bedroom, full width, sun drenched terrace with a dining area for al-fresco meals, matching terrace lounge suite for relaxing & sun bed. Samsung 32' LCD TV with Bose Home Theatre System with satellite BBC, ITV, Spanish & many other European channels, plus CD & DVD player.

• On the upper terrace there are 4 adjustable quality sunbeds, matching side table, outdoor dining area and plunge pool. In addition there is a conservatory with 2 sets of panoramic sliding doors. Both terraces have wall lights.

• Lightweight folding aluminium loungers are provided for use by the community pool.

• There are many beaches in close proximity of the apartment. The beach just below the apartment can be accessed from the site through private gates on the line of the security fence, where you can walk down to the beach along the well worn paths. The other surrounding beaches within 10 minutes walk can be accessed by steps and paths. Each building has its own dedicated pool with underwater lighting.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has granite worktops, ceramic hob, eye level microwave/grill and fridge-freezer, leading to a utility room with sink and washer/dryer and clothes airer. Additionally, there are 6 lightweight chairs for use by the pool, pool towels provided.

Double doors open onto the terrace with wonderful sea views looking across the Bay. Here you can relax in total privacy on elegant cushioned, sun loungers.

• Bedroom 2, has a sea view, twin beds, comfortable, quality mattresses, built in wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing table with mirror & chair.

• Bedroom 3 with mountain view, twin beds, comfortable, quality mattresses, bedside table with lamp, built-in wardrobe, wall mirror.

• All the beds have fine cotton sheets and duvets (in winter!) and pillows (2 per person).

• The spacious bedrooms have been decorated to a high standard with matching bed heads, covers and furnishings to create a warm luxurious finish for your comfort.

We currently have 3 Luxury apartments in the area of Altea. This apartment Bella Vista became available to us in 2008 and its main appeal is being located in Morro De Toix natural reserve area next to the sea with breath taking panoramic sea views, with sun from dawn to dusk and bathing in your own private pool on the Penthouse level. The privicy of this apartment is exceptional as unlike others, we are not overlooked. I could therefore not imagine a more relaxing setting and it became a must to have.

The coastline and bays around Altea provide excellent marina facilities. All types of water sports & sailing schools with hire and tuition available are available nearby. For those who like to enjoy the the coastline from the sea, there are many different boat excursions up and down the Costa Blanca.

CULTURE

Altea is considered one of the most important cultural centres of the Valencian Community. There are a wide variety of cultural offerings, galleries and projects. In August, Villa Gadea provides live musical accompaniment to probably the largest and most dramatic fusion of music and fireworks in Europe - based on an island in the bay the pyrotechnic display is reflected in the sea. It is a stunning event and people come from all over Spain to watch it.

ACTIVITIES

As well as the crystal clear sea and blue flag beaches with all the usual watersports, the area has plenty of activities within easy reach to fill a family holiday full of fun and excitement. * Terra Mitica - a magnificent new theme park where ancient civilisations come to life. * Terra Natura - a theme park introducing the nature of different continents. * Aqualandia - a water park with rides and fun for everyone. * Mundomare - a marine park with dolphins. * Fonts de Algar - a natural spring where you can bath in rock pools and climb up waterfalls.

The town of Altea embodies both modern and old Spain. It is one of the most charming places on the Costa Blanca; sheltered by mountains and overlooking the sea, the old town is set on a hill above the waterfront. This picturesque village with its many little streets of immaculate white washed houses is a fascinating place to stroll around, exploring the boutiques and galleries. At the summit is the town square, Plaza de la Iglesia with its magnificent views and the church boasting one of the finest blue domes in the region. Rest here in one of the outdoor cafes, and enjoy tapas and a drink. There are many restaurants, bars and numerous art galleries in the side streets. In summer the streets are pedestrianised and artists & craftsmen display their works. Altea has always attracted writers and artists because of its special ambience. From the old town its a short walk to the sea-front and the newer palm-lined esplanade packed with restaurants serving delicious international cuisines.

In the marina you can see some of the most spectacular yachts as well as enjoy the, restaurants, café, and bars in a relaxed atmosphere. There is also the old town of Altea, which embodies a sumptuous selection of restaurants and bars.

The views from the apartment is stunning, with panoramic views as well as being able to look at the waves splashing on the shore in the cove below and all the shades of blue in the crystal clear water. The nearby Marina also 10 minutes walk away, has the best restaurants, bars shops and water sports etc. The apartment is also centrally located to nearby areas such as Calpe, the town centre of Altea with golf cource and many restaurants.
