This ultra-chic three bedroom penthouse apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a newly built, luxury complex, located in the desirable North Laines.

You’ll never be stuck for things to do during your stay here as the vast choice of dining establishments and the city’s most exciting shops and venues are all at your doorstep! The beach is an only a 10 minute stroll, as is Brighton’s main line train station.

Equipped to sleep up to nine guests, Walk House is perfect for large groups, families or for those on corporate visits. Indulge in comfort, style and convenience whilst soaking up all that this eclectic city has to offer.

Situated on the fourth floor, a split level maisonette beautifully appointed with far reaching views across the city’s centre. Three bedrooms, one en-suite and the family bathroom on the first floor. A spiral staircase leads you to the kitchen and living room.

You won’t spend a fortune on taxis staying here – the best of Brighton couldn’t be closer! This penthouse apartment provides the relaxing, tranquil living that you’d expect from a modern building. There are restaurants, theatres, cafes, bars and shops all within minutes of the front door.

DÉCOR & ROOMS

The penthouse is tastefully and minimally decorated in neutral colours so will suit all tastes.

It has one master bedroom with en-suite (shower cubicle, sink and WC), two double bedrooms and one family bathroom (shower/bath, sink and WC)

Two people can be accommodated in each of the double bedrooms and the master bedroom can sleep three. There are sofa beds in the living area to accommodate an extra three guests, making the apartment suitable for nine guests in total. The beds are all zip and link so can be made into doubles or singles, depending on your preference.

The kitchen has a dining table sufficient to sit eight guests, and the lounge offers a large comfy corner sofa and sofa bed.

There are two balconies at the apartment. One is a “lean-out” type only, but the other has a patio door and is large enough to stand out on.

AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY

There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.

You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

Walk House is available all-year-round for weekend / weekly breaks, or longer-term rentals.

It is suitable for families and sharers but is on the fourth floor so elderly customers please consider if you can manage four flights of stairs.

HOUSE RULES

Security/breakage deposit: This is paid as a pre authorisation and is taken prior to arriving at the apartment. The cost is £500 and if taken from a debit card the funds will be taken for between 3-10 days, if taken from a credit card the funds are just held on account for between 3-10 days. No guest can stay without paying. Any questions please ask.

Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking. If pets have been found to stay without permission the full deposit will be taken.

Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible, however, we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.

On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document. Your deposit will be at risk if any of the rules are broken. If you are a hen do we also have to be notified upon booking. If we find out after the booking is made we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take the monies paid to date including all commissions.

Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.

We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.

We came in a large group for May bank holiday weekend and were keen not to use a hotel. We wanted an apartment in a good location, that would accommodate all of us and allow us to cook our own meals and relax at our leisure. What seemed like a tall order could not possibly have been met more completely than it was here. The facilities were incredible, beds comfy, the living room spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location could not have been better and there wasn't a single point throughout the weekend when a taxi or bus was even contemplated. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this for any large group wanting to enjoy some home comforts and spend their stay in style rather than using over-priced hotels. Massive thanks to Jo for sorting this out for us, we knew that a anytime we needed she was available.
