"Agay is a paradise where even dust is scented ..." Antoine de Saint-Exupéry had already been able to translate the beauty of the place. Between Cap Dramont and the Pointe de la Baumette, Agay is the natural gateway to the Estérel.
Agay, located in one of the most beautiful roads of the coast between Cap Dramont and the tip of the Baumette, is the natural gateway to the Esterel. It offers three sandy beaches and a terrace area with access to the sea by the rocks. Very sheltered, it was appreciated by browsers (Agay means "favorable" in Greek). With the arrival of the railroad in 1860, many artists stop at Agay: the painter Louis Valtat, the composer Vincent d'Indy, the writers Guy de Maupassant and Maurice Donnay and Saint-Exupéry (not to be missed the Fountain for the Little Prince, erected in his homage). Albert Cohen located there part of the action of Belle of the Lord.

Sheltered between Cap Dramont and the Pointe de la Baumette, the harbor of Agay is a natural gateway to the Esterel mountains.

Its configuration makes it a very popular place for sailors (Agay also means "favorable" in Greek). You will appreciate its three sandy beaches, the summit of Rastel and its red rocks, overlooking the bay and offering a breathtaking panorama.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour sauf à l'étage c'était des hippopotame on entendait tout, il marchait pas il sautait carrément. Également l'eau chaude faut se dépêcher pour se laver car c'est un petit ballon, mais à part ça c'était niquel, cool pour passer 15 jours.

vue sur mer

Petit logement fonctionnel bien équipé et surtout bien situé. Pas besoin de reprendre la voiture pour aller à la plage petits commerces à proximité et restaurants pour se faire plaisir.Et surtout proche du massif de l'Estérel pour les balades.Tout le monde est content.Excellent séjour.

Tolles praktisches Appartement bzw Wohnung in Strandnähe

Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Super netter Vermieter. Übernahme/Übergabe absolut super. Sauberkeit top. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Parkplatz 100 cm vor der Tür. Renoviert. usw. Was noch aufgefllen ist: Das Klima in der Wohnung. Wir kamen ja direkt aus Spanien. Da ist das Klima in der Wohnung oft so naja. Hier absolut super, kein Geruch, keine Feuchtigkeit OHNE Heizung auch im Bad. Merci Bernand. A bientôt.
