Summer 2022 - Family Friendly Scarborough Beach, Narragansett RI -New Central AC

Summer Beach rentals in Narragansett are in great demand. Reserve your special week as soon as possible. Our house comes nicely appointed with the basic kitchen amenities. All you need to bring are your linens. We are also pet friendly with some conditions. So don't forget your four legged baby.

Great Summer Rental in Scarborough Beach, Narragansett, RI - Leave the car in the driveway. You only have a five minute walk to the beach.

The cottage is a 3 bedroom, one bath house with a nicely appointed kitchen and great up to date furnishings. No musty odors. New central air conditioning system installed in 2020. The beach cottage has an outdoor deck and gas grill for great summer meals. Rinse off in the hot and cold running outdoor shower. Cable TV and high speed internet access is included. Plenty of off-street parking for your visitors.

We personally clean the entire house from top to bottom each May and between each vacationer during the summer to ensure the cleanest house possible. Many repeat vacationers bring their extended family.

Don't forget the family pet - they are welcome with some minor conditions. If you meet these conditions, there is a pet fee of $100 per pet per week. The pet fee of $100 is considerably cheaper than boarding your family pet for the week.

We have had a very positive experience renting our house to family's with pets. Usually, when we go into the house to clean, we can not tell if there was a pet in the house. I usually have to check my records. We are happy to offer this options to families with pets.

Comfortable home in great location

Great stay at this home. We were there for 4 weeks and found the house very comfortable and had every thing we needed. We contacted home owner on one minor item and it was fixed that day. Home was clean and in a great location. Walked to the beach every morning and enjoyed lots of local restaurants. Would recommend this home for location, cleanliness and comfort.

Pona beach house

The house was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Outdoor shower was perfect. Backyard was great for bocce. Little deck was good for dinner and drinks. The house served us well for the week. Definitely would stay here again. Clean and perfect for a family of 4 for the week.

10 minute walk to Scarborough

Nice place to spend the week, near the ocean. On a quiet, dead end street. The place was neat and clean. A beach cart, umbrellas and beach toys were provided. The bathroom, especially the shower stall, was small, but the outside shower was roomier and was enclosed with curtains (not shown in the pictures) so we used that quite a bit. Overall, a nice place to stay for a small or medium size family.
