Beautiful villa of 120 sqm, furnished and equipped outside also surrounded by a hectare of magical and silent olive grove just 3 km from the sea and 2 km from the village of Mattinata where you can enjoy the view. The villa, independent in all respects its twin, is on two levels. On the ground floor the open space that houses a bright kitchen - living room with stone fireplace and a large loft with French bed and window and directly overlooking the large terrace / garden overlooking the sea.
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms.
3 bathrooms, 2 complete with windows and large showers, and one laundry room with sink, washing machine, window.
The outdoor area is complete with shower, tables, masonry seats, gazebos, kitchen counter.

Very nice!

Angela is a great host and her house is just amazing. It is a perfect starting point to visit the beaches of Gargano, we will certainly go back there!
