The villa is halfway between the sea (25 min), Palavas-les-Flots, Carnon, La Grande-Motte, Sète, Frontignan and the hinterland, Lac du Salagou (25 min), Saint-Guilhem-le- Desert (10 min.), Herald gorges (10 min.).
You will stay there in peace in a small village offering all amenities on site.

Air-conditioned 180 m2 villa on 2 levels, fully fenced, with 3 parking spaces and superb swimming pool protected by an electric shutter.

On the ground floor, 1 living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, WC, master bedroom all on 100 m2. The 4 French windows lead directly onto a large terrace with a large shaded table under the arbor which can accommodate 12 people without problem, an electric barbecue and a wood stove will await you.
The kitchen is equipped: new dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils, beer maker with 1 FREE keg.
Cellar: 9 kg washing machine (new) and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: 160 bed, shower.
Toilet.
The veranda with its small summer lounge and the office area, library.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, TV corner, WC and Bathroom.
Bedroom 2: BZ in 160 cm. (new, TB mateals)
Bedroom 3: 140 cm bed.
Bedroom 4: BZ 140 cm
TV corner equipped with a BZ in 140.
Bathroom: bath.

The pool is protected by an electric shutter. It measures 10m x 5m. It contains a range of 50cm deep by 2m long (ideal for children) then a few steps allow you to enter the large 1.50m deep bath.
Large trampoline for children, swing, ping pong table, bowling green for parents.

We have 1 cat who will stay there, in the summer he spends his time outside. Small dogs are accepted on request.
Non smoking rental.

Super vacances

Nous avons passé de super vacances en famille l'été dernier. Très beau paysage endroit très calme. Maison magnifique grande et accueillante tout le nécessaire pour être vraiment bien. Et une piscine que du bonheur. Les enfants se sont se sont éclatés. Des propriétaires gentils et à l'écoute. J'y retournerais dés que possible. Un vrai coin de paradis

Une maison idéale

Cette maison est idéale pour passer des vacances en famille et entre amis. Nous avons loué cette villa avec 8 amis début juillet, salon très spacieux avec une cuisine américaine donnant sur un grand jardin très bien entretenu et aménagé pour occuper toute la famille, une magnifique piscine. Les chambres à l'étage sont au calme , permettant ainsi de garder l'intimité de chacun. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés, nous comptons y retourner très prochainement. Je la recommande vivement à tous nos amis.
