The apartment 'Les Periades' benefits from a large balcony with wonderful views along the Chamonix Valley. Four people can sleep in the double bedroom and in the lounge furnished with a sofa bed convertible into two single beds. There is an LCD TV/DVD player and a CD player in the lounge and a washing machine/dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic electric hob, a microwave oven, a fan-assisted oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and is well stocked with utensils.

Just perfect.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean, had everything we needed to spend a week. The location is excelent: a few steps from the railway station and Mer de Glece and very close to the city center. Alex, the host, was a gentleman, waited for us at the train station, gave us a ride to the apartment and helped with our lugage. He also showed us a map of Chamonix and gave a few tips. When I return to Chamonix, I´ll certainly stay there again.

Great location, great place!

We enjoyed our stay at this place during the UTMB Race of 2015. It was very close to all of the race activities, but away from the hustle and bustle of the town that week. The apartment faces the North, so you have a beautiful view of the mountains, and the place stays cool without the sun all day long. It is also on the back side of the building, so it is very quite. The balcony was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and soak in the views.
