the villa is situated in the area called "The Arts Beach". Its approximately 100m from the beach. Shop's, market, bistros, restaurants, post office and cash point all very close by.

The living room / dining room and kitchen are separate from the bedrooms, separated by the garden & terrace. There is a large veranda, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms (One on the ground floor, two on the first floor). There is also an open reading room. The 4th bedroom with bathroom can be found in the outhouse behind the main house. All rooms with the exception of the bathrooms are air conditioned. The bedrooms have beds for 2 people (1x large double bed 160, 2 x 1 double bed 140, 1 x 2 single beds)
