Beautiful, bright, spacious and very pleasant apartment with several terraces all around and a magnificent view of the Jourdan Park. The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from Cours Mirabeau, and the superb Mazarin district. The 50m2 living room with a view of the park trees and the sunsets invites you to quickly disconnect. Air conditioning just installed. The beds are new, the bathrooms also new & the open kitchen, fully equipped. Nearby shops. The apartment is on the first floor. There is also private parking in the residence included in the price. Exotic and disconnected!

Great location

Can walk to all the main areas in Aix. All very quiet. Terrace in shade for breakfast overlooking park Breakfast tarts and croissants from local Boulangerie. It also sells very good marmalade.

Absolutely first class

We had a fantastic time in this lovely apartment. Everything was first class. Communication, cleanliness, location, facilities and space were all fantastic. We will stay again for sure. Why stay in a hotel when you have this lovely apartment on the doorstep of the town centre of Aix. I hate walking any distance and the town centre was walking distance for me. Ivan and Jane

Beautiful and spacious appartment near Aix centre and park

We stayed at Sophie's apartment for a week in August. This is simply a beautiful apartment and location. The apartment is large and feels like home with everything you could need. There is also a private garage in the block which is a great bonus in this part of town. The lovely pictures posted of the apartment and views are true in reality ! Aix is a great city to visit and to use as a base to sightsee in Provence and we would recommend staying in this appartment. Sophie and her co-host Najwa were both perfect to deal with - quick replies to any questions and keen to give local advice. All in all, an excellent place to stay and we are happy to recommend.

We enjoyed aix en Provence with markets in the day and resturant life in the evening

Apartment did not take long to get to from Marseilles Airport. A very well equipped home overlooking a delightful park . It felt like we were staying in someone’s home which was appreciated. Location meant a short walk into Aix was very handy. Surrounding countryside and villages a delight. The weather was unusually hot which meant taking advantage of the shade on the different balconies. A real advantage to be able to park the hire car in a garage out of the heat. The hosts were extremely helpful giving useful information about where to eat out and places to visit . A return visit in a cooler period to do walking us a must

Outstanding

We rented this apartment for 8 weeks over Jan-March 2018 and were extremely happy there. We needed somewhere large enough for the two of us to work from home comfortably and to have occasional guests at weekends. The enormous front room, which looks westwards on to Parc Jourdan, is well laid out for this purpose and has a lovely quality of light all day, so the apartment feels very spacious and also tranquil. The road outside can be busy at rush hour but is generally quiet and peaceful. There's a terrific boulangerie and a little Casino supermarket 3 minutes away; Cours Mirabeau is five minutes further, through the elegant 18c quarter, so you don't need a car (though the apartment has a garage). The landlady, Sophie, couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming and we are already planning to return next year.
