Villa Lya, built in 2016, will welcome you to spend your next holidays with family or friends by the sea.

It is located in Plouescat in a quiet dead end 100 meters from the beach and coastal paths.
Plouescat is a seaside resort where you can find all shops and services with also a market, a nautical center (sailing, sand yachting, paddle, kayak), a casino and a golf course to allow everyone to spend an unforgettable holiday .
In July and August there is also a market on Sunday morning at 400 meters from the villa.

Nearby Roscoff, the island of Batz, Morlaix, Océanopolis in Brest, Enclos and Abers offer a wide choice of visits.

Back at the villa you will enjoy the heated pool at 29 ° C all year round with swimming against the current and a large terrace facing south.
The pool area is separated from the house by a lockable bay for the safety of the youngest and overlooks the living / dining room and the fully equipped open kitchen.

Great location

Great location and indoor pool was a real hit with the children. Lots of beaches near by for surfing, kite boarding and making sand castles!

Superb property near beautiful coastline

This is an excellent property, located just minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in France. The property is modern, clean and extremely well equipped and the owner is extremely efficient and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool- it was perfect for our children (5 and 2) as an insurance policy against the slightly unpredictable Brittany weather, as well as the bikes (really useful to pop down to buy our bread every day). Our only piece of feedback to make this an even better property is it would have been great if there had been a bike pump (the tyres were a little flat) as well as a bike seat for a young child who can’t cycle yet. Thank you Aurélie for making our stay so special- we can’t wait to return!

Villa Laya , Plouescat

Owners very welcoming when we arrived in October for half term .A very happy holiday in compact ,wam , comfortable modern house with excellent indoor heated pool which was a joy to 3 grandchildren ranging from 14 - 8. Owners recommended la Dentellerie , a creperie in Plouescat. Some of best crepes we have had. Also recommend Roc Armor restaurant on the beach near port of Plouescat but need to book ahead
