Pretty house of 130 m2 on a closed and raised ground of 1000 m2 with reassured swimming pool (3,5m on 7m) in Orange.
You will have available:
-1 large living-dining room with bay windows overlooking the garden and terrace.
-1 eat-in kitchen, equipped (gas cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster.
-4 rooms:
* 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160/200 cm, private bathroom with double sinks, shower, WC .
* 3 bedrooms with double bed 140/200 cms

-1 bathroom with double sinks and shower.
-2 separate toilets.

Outside you will have a large terrace shaded by a Virginia creeper overlooking the secured pool (ideal for children) with table and chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
The house also has an internet connection, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer and a steam generator and an ironing board.

No pets allowed.

This ecrin of tranquility yet close to all amenities, (downtown 2kms, supermarket, bakery .....) is the ideal starting point to discover all the jewels of this beautiful region:

Maison et piscine magnifique

très belle maison avec tout les conforts (même plus que l on attendait). Et une piscine mervieilleuse avec un jardin et des chaises longues trés confortables. Les locataires sont trés gentilles et trés soucieux. Proche du centre ville, environ 25 minutes à pied. Tres bonne location, il ne manque de rien.

Magnifique villa pour de superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Maud. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La villa ainsi que les exterieurs sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Tout est conforme à la description. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location !!

Super séjour !

Excellent accueil des propriétaires, très sympathiques, disponibles et serviables. La maison est très jolie, très propre et parfaitement équipée. La piscine est superbe. La terrasse est très bien et idéalement située. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et sans vis-à-vis. L'environnement est très calme et reposant. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances. Merci ! Vakantiehuisje met vrienden

Het huisje was ideaal voor 2 gezinnen met kinderen omdat het huis in 2 kon gedeeld worden en het zwembad een laag gedeelte had. Het laag gedeelte was ruim genoeg zodat de kinderen daar ook konden spelen en de volwassenen konden ook rusten en een glaasje drinken in het warme water. Er was een probleem met de airco en de wasmachine. De verhuurder heeft snel gereageerd en het probleem zo goed als mogelijk opgelost. We hebben een goede vakantie gehad in dit huis.
