Beds are prepared according to the number of people booked and selected.
There are 2 main bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm
- 1 other bedroom adjoining the previous one with a bed of 80 cm x 190 cm (extendable to 160 cm x 200 cm)
- finally in the living room stay, a large sofa bed 2 places.
- a 7th additional extra bed in the living room

TRANSPORT
- To get to the accommodation:
* Bus stop "Lemoine" at the foot of the building: lines 10 and 23.
* Station bicloo bridge of the tortiere.
* Stop Chronobus "Coudray" at 500m (the "C6")
* Stop tramway bridge "MOTTE ROUGE" then 800m on foot along a part of the right bank of the Erdre, the prestigious boulevard Van Iseghem.
For information, parking is free and free in the neighborhood if you are multi-car.
- To reach the hyper center without the car, you have several possibilities:
-> for CATHEDRAL
The chrono bus line C6 (at 500m)
Stop "Coudray" then with 5 intermediate stops, arrival at stop "Foch-Cathedral".
-> for the place of COMMERCE =
It is the nerve center of the trpst of Nantes.
1- Walking 800m (delightful ballade on quay right bank of the Erdre = the comic Van Iseghem), tram stop "Motte Rouge" then 3 intermediate stops, stop Commerce.
2- bus line at the foot of the building stop "Lemoine" Line 10 (or On foot 950m): 3 intermediate stops for transfer -> tram stop Michelet then 5 intermediate stops for stop "Commerce".

Careful and respectful behavior of the apartment is desired, as if it were your own 'home';):
- Before leaving, make sure not to forget anything (even if it is not lost) and not take anything that is not yours.
- Respect the neighborhood by reducing nuisance after 22 hours.

- It is a NON SMOKING apartment: nevertheless the terrace will be able to accomodate the smokers if necessary.
