Canopy Landes Airial is located Arjuzanx (40) in the middle of the bicentennial oaks and pines.

Canopy is a great healing place for your stays between friends, family reunions, for your weekends or holidays, for your relaxing or festive holidays!

The capacity is 20 people spread over 3 gîtes:

- L'Oustaù: a typical Landaise house of 260 m2 including a winter lounge where you can enjoy your moments of conviviality at the corner of the fireplace, a summer lounge with TV, stereo, a fully equipped kitchen with its table that can accommodate 12 people (+ side table 8 people). On the ground floor you have a family suite consists of two bedrooms (one with 160 beds and the other with 2 single beds) connected by a shared bathroom and a toilet. On the floor, a room with bed of 160, a dormitory of 4 beds and a bathroom (2 basins + bathtub) and a separated TOILET.
You will enjoy the terrace overlooking the garden and the Landes forest for lunch or dinner (in season). barbecue can.

- The Carriou comprising on the ground floor a room with bed 160, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs you will find the children dormitory consisting of 4 single beds.

- The Tchanquée composed of a living / dining room / lounge with a fireplace + a kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms (bed 140 and bed 160), a bathroom (walk-in shower + basin) and a separate toilet.

All accommodations are equipped with cupboards in bedrooms. cot and high chair are provided for babies. The wi-fi is being installed, we do not guarantee you access during your booking ...

The price does not include sheets and towels.
However, we can offer you the rental of sheets and towels: 15 € / set double bed + 2 towels and 10 € for single beds with 1 towel

In season, you can cool off in our swimming pool (14x4m swimming lane) or simply read a good book on the terrace at the water's edge.

To liven up your day at the estate, games are available: pétanque, mölkky, darts, board games and card games!

Parking at the entrance of the property.

Many activities outside the area: Lake Arjuzanx (5 minutes by car) is a sumptuous setting for your walks, jogging or bicycle trips. A lifeguard is open in summer and a yacht club offers water activities!

If you want to go to the ocean, you will find the beautiful beaches of Mimizan and Contis 30 min. A 20min, the museum Marquèze and see how life in the Landes region in the last century.
We are exactly 1 hour between the Basque Country and Bordeaux.

La Canopée... un petit bout de paradis

Emmanuelle et Bertrand sont des personnes charmantes et chaleureuses. Leur gîte est tout simplement magnifique ! Les personnes qui aiment la nature et le confort trouveront un petit bout de paradis... Merci à vous, nous avons passés un superbe séjour.

BELLE PROPRIETE LANDAISE

Nous avons loué les 3 gîtes pour un Anniversaire. Nous n’étions que 15 donc nous avons eu largement assez de place pour tous, ce qui a permis à chacun d’avoir son espace. La maison principale et les gîtes ont gardé leur aspect extérieur traditionnel et ont été restaurés avec goût et meublés avec raffinement chacun dans son style. Dans la maison principale, une grande cuisine très bien équipée ouverte sur les deux salons permet une grande convivialité ainsi que la cheminée qui a réchauffé la pièce en ce week-end de Pâques un peu frisquet. Nous avons quand même pu manger sur la terrasse le dimanche midi ouverte sur une prairie, des chênes centenaires et la forêt à proximité. Nous nous sentions comme chez nous et tous les convives ont été conquis par le lieu.
