A typical Old Town building, with original thick stonewalls, timber supports, and lovely mosaic tiles throughout.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.


The living area is bright and decorated with an extra large print of fresh green mountaintops. The space is perfect for 4, with a super comfy 3-person couch, a reading chair, and glass coffee table.

For entertainment there is a large flat screen TV with French cable and English News channels, a Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi, and telephone.


The kitchen is modern and includes a full-sized fridge, gas stove top, convection oven, and microwave. There is also a clothes washing machine.Just off the kitchen is a modern dining table with stools for four.


The Master bedroom is painted in a gorgeous deep blue, highlighted with a glossy photo of an evening sunset and an original piece of artwork commissioned by the owner. Modern and relaxing, this room is perfect for retreating from a full day in the Mediterranean sun! A British King sized mattress of 160cm, 2 bedside tables, 2 reading lamps, a hanging closet, chest of drawers, and a full-length mirror complete this room.

In charcoal black, the 2nd room is adorably stunning with a lovely white headboard and ethereal art; a glossy photo of the moon lulling you towards the sweet dreams holidays so often bring. There is a single 90cm mattress, with a second mattress which can be slid out from the bottom to be made into 2 singles or swing it up to make a British Super King of 180cm. This room is finished off with a hanging space, drawers, and a bedside table with reading lamp.

This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Please note there is an additional charge for pull out bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 4 people comfortably.


The stylish bathroom with its blue tiling is perfectly appointed. A walk in shower with rain showerhead, a sink with mirror, and a toilet.

NOTE: Extra linen has to be ordered for the pull-out bed in the 2nd room.

Fantastic customer service.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a location that made it easy to navigate Nice. It was a bit noisy at night, but we were able to close the windows and turn on the fans. Sunlight properties and Hanna were incredible - helping with transfers, tours and dinner suggestions. I highly recommend this company!
