Paseo de Gracia A is an incredible apartment in one of the major avenues in Barcelona and one of the most important shopping area from Spain: Paseo de Gracia. You will find all the well known designer brands and best restaurants and bars from the city.

The apartment has a small terrace with table and chairs where you will enjoy wonderful evenings overlooking the Casa Batlló, a building restored by Antoni Gaudí, architect and figurehead of Catalan Modernism.

The apartment features two bedrooms: one double room with a bed of 1.60 x 1.90 and another double room with a bed of 1.40 x 1.90 , both with comfortable closets. Bathroom with shower.

Large living room with a sofa bed special for two people and plasma TV, dining room for 6 and fully equipped open kitchen.

Paseo de Gracia A is perfect for up to 6 people.

Great location and balcony make this appartment

The appartment was clean and modern. Bedrooms are small, so you'll be spending most of your time in the living room, which is fine since the flor to ceiling windows offer a great view. The balcony allows you to take in the busy Barcelona streets. The real plus of this appartment is the location. Right next to the metro and the hop on hop off bus lines. I highly recommend starting your visit to Barcelona riding the red line! Take time to do your research on places to eat, because there are many near by. The only negative to the unit, the sofas are cheap and not that god for relaxing on after hours of walking. All things considered, it's a very nice rental.

Apartment in Barcelona, perfectly located next to Passeig de Gracia and with easy access to all attractions by foot or public transportation. Direct metro line to Beaches and Sagrada Familia, 5 minutes walk the famous Ramblas.

Strolling along the main avenue Passeig de Gràcia and also Rambla de Catalunya, you will find all the well known designer brands, like in any other cosmopolitan city. If you are seeking something cheaper or more individual, you shouldn’t miss exploring the other streets in the area.
