About this property

Luxury apartment, about 85 m2 located on the 6th and top floor of a historic Florentine building overlooking the Duomo, Bell Tower and Baptistery. Completely renovated, equipped with lift, air conditioning, single heating, wi-fi, all the fine furnishings, it is composed of:
1 double bedroom with view of the Duomo and bell tower with armchair, desk, cable and satellite TV;
1 bedroom overlooking the Duomo and Bell Tower with two single beds and exclusive bathroom, equipped with a sofa, desk, cable TV;
entrance;
2nd bathroom;
1 living room with double sofa bed, cable and satellite TV;
1 fully equipped kitchen;
1 technical compartment with pill and washer dryer.
Thanks to a small staircase you reach the upper floor where we find a large shared terrace with panoramic views over most of the city. From the terrace you have the impression of touching the Duomo, the Campanile and the Baptistery of Florence, located a few meters from the building. The central area allows you to enjoy all the services of the city of Florence such as: the historic center with its countless monuments, prestigious shops, restaurants, bars, department stores. The area is also served by taxi service, car rental, bike rental and more.
We can safely summarize it all with the phrase 'Florence in the palm of your hand'.

A Californian in Firenza

Next door to the Duomo. So completely touristy as you would expect, but so easy to see the famous sites. Immaculately clean with an excellent kitchen.

The most amazing apartment!

We both loved staying in this apartment for our honeymoon in Florence. The location is perfect right in the heart of everything. We spent time up on the rooftop which is incredible overlooking Florence and the Duomo!

An excellent, well maintained property in an outstanding location.

The apartment is well decorated, pleasantly furnished and immaculately clean. Alessandra and Cecilia made us very welcome and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location of the property is excellent with stunning views of the Duomo and surrounding hills from the rooftop terrace and all of the key sights of Florence within walking distance. We have no hesitation in recommending 'The Cradle of Dante'.
