The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 16 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 including a double bed, and 1 including 2 single beds, a double bed and a bunk bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub and toilet, The 5 bathrooms are fitted with a shower.
The villa features a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, central heating, a washing machine, a dressing room, ironing equipment,undefined and a desk.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 150 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 7 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.25 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 20€ per pet per stay. Parties are allowed.
There will be extra fees for heating (not included in the rental price) at the price of 35€ .
