The apartment is ideally located,

Enjoy from the terrace beautiful evenings, moments of relaxation, the exceptional programming of the Arenes Romaines de Nimes (100 meters), the Museum of Romanity and its gardens (opposite!) or simply from the historical city center!

Right next to the Roman Arena, the Romantic Museum and 150 meters from the shops of the historic city center. The neighborhood is quiet but alive and has just been renovated by the city of Nimes.

A large volume waiting for you with a mezzanine and the living room attic, of a surface of meadows of 80m ², the housing was done again in nine entirely in the spring 2016 to give space and cachet. It has a reversible Daikin group for air conditioning or heating.

It is equipped with a convertible air-conditioning.

Enjoy 2 or family rooftop terrace for a moment of tranquility or friendliness away from the crowds. Two bedrooms, a mezzanine attic with exposed stonework and wrought iron composed of a bed in 160 and one in 90, the second independent with bedding 160.

There are 7 beds with a very comfortable sofa bed, but this place is more suitable for 4 or 5 people because we have only one bathroom and a small kitchen, unless you prefer to enjoy the restaurants of the city!

The apartment is crossing, very quiet on the inside courtyard on the one hand and on the other hand on a small street that comes from a pedestrian zone!

The apartment has a view of the Museum of Romanity (under construction).

During the summer it is possible to enjoy many concerts from the terrace.

Parking spaces in the street (zone long-term rate about 4 € for the day or underground parking nearby (300m).

I could bring you information on good restaurants in Nîmes or local shops and craftsmen.

On a radius of 50 km you can discover landscapes very varied and tourist places not to be missed:

Very comfortable apartment in great location and nice owners

Emmanuel was an excellent host, very patient and quick to respond to questions. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean and has all modern equipment. It is very conveniently located - within short and easy walking distance to the sights of Nimes, the shops and restaurants, as well as the train and bus stations so that trips to the surrounding villages and towns are easy. Nimes is a really lovely and clean city with elegant buildings and broad boulevards. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay and eating at the very reasonably priced restaurants. It is surprising to us that Nimes is not better known outside of France. We also found out that there is a direct train from the Paris CDG airport to Nimes that takes about 3 hours, which simplifies getting to the city. We look forward to coming back.

Great location. Close to Old City

This apartment is 1 block from the Arenas. Easy walking to all of the Old City. Manu & Sophie are wonderful hosts. The apartment had everything we needed. The roof top terrace is small but lovely. It was clean and the photos were accurate. There are two flights of stairs to navigate with luggage. We would stay here again.

Lovely flat in the heart of Nimes

Very nicely refurbished and comfortable flat located near the Arenes. We've had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We made the best of all the facilities including a little terrace overlooking the town (perfect for having a drink). Lots of amenities and personal touches made us feel very welcome. Sophie and Emmanuel are the friendliest and most attentive owners we could have wished for. Thank you to both of them (and the yummy crepes on arrival!!)

Highly recommend it. :)
