Stay, a light every hour different on the entrance to the harbor of Lorient, facing the citadel of Port Louis, the beach at the foot of the residence. Your breakfast on the balcony facing the sea. The apartment is ideally placed in Larmor-Plage - a small family seaside resort - with bakery, mini market, and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment has, upstairs, a fitted kitchen open to a living room. There are two bedrooms with a bed of 140, one with a shower room, the other with a large bathroom. Cupboards and laundry on the ground floor. Parking space next to the entrance.

Fabulous view and location.

I stayed at the apartment for 5 nights with my husband and father. The location is fabulous with it being right on the beach and having the town centre so close. The view from the balcony is also great as it looks right onto the beach. The two bedrooms are adequate however it would have been easier if there was a loo in the en suite bathrooms, there is only one loo and it is separate. We also found it a bit odd that sheets and towels are not provided as standard and we had to pay extra for them. Overall the holiday was very pleasant and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung gefällt mit ihrem schönen Blick vom Balkon auf den Strand. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der eigene Stellplatz auf einem privaten Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Abzüge gibt es für die schmalen und unbequemen Betten und das kleine Bad des zweiten Schlafzimmers. Zu beachten ist, dass eigene Handtücher und Bettbezüge mitzubringen sind oder diese vor Ort nur gegen einen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Analog gelten diese Bedingungen auch für die Endreinigung.

Insgesamt trotzdem ein Domizil, das viele der angebotenen Ferienwohnungen in dieser Region in den Schatten stellt.

Ein insgesamt sehr gepflegtes Apartement, nicht sehr sonnig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Das Apartment mit Blick aufs Meer hat ein bisschen den Charakter einer Jugendherberge: Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind selbst mitzubringen, das erfuhren wir allerdings erst bei der Ankunft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es ist jedoch kein Gewürz, auch nicht Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden. Auf dem kleinen Balkon kann sehr gut das Meer beobachtet werden, Sonnenschein gibt es allerdings nur bis 11.00 Uhr. Das Appartement verfügbar nur über eine Toilette. Es ist ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine Dusche am zweiten Schlafzimmer vorhaben.

Très bon moment passé en famille

Ce qui est d'emblée très appréciable c'est l'indépendance de l'appartement par rapport au reste de l'immeuble avec son entrée propre et sa place de parking (un vrai confort). Les volumes sont grands, les SdB dans chaque chambre sont très bien. La vue est très agréable même si l'ensoleillement n'est que le matin. On en profite au petit déjeuner jusqu'à 11h ensuite on va sur les nombreuses plages dont celle juste devant. la proximité du centre bourg est top car on pose la voiture et tout le reste se fait à pieds. Le fait d'avoir aussi quelqu'un sur place à qui parler si il y a un ajustement/changement (ménage, draps...) est très confortable.

Après c'est un immeuble avec des voisins autour mais cela reste silencieux dans l'ensemble (et je suis exigent!!). Pour les runners un très beau parcours front de mer à faire.

Au final, un très bon et grand week end
