Our house, completely renovated in 2016, is in the heart of the village and its shops, 5 minutes walk from the beach and on the GR21 route. You will appreciate it for its calm, its comfort, its luminosity, its sunny garden exposed full south. Possibility to bathe, fish, go for walks, golf, tennis, discover this beautiful region of the alabaster coast (Fécamp, Étretat, Veules les roses, Varengeville ...). Our accommodation is ideal for couples and families. In the RC, a living room, a kitchen dining room with an insert for wood fire, a room with a bed of 140 and a bathroom with shower with Italian and WC.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with two beds; One has an umbrella bed for small children. The third bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC.

The kitchen contains a gas stove with electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, various utensils and robots. In the cellar, a dishwasher and clothes rack.

The house has internet access and WIFI.

In the garden, a barbecue, armchairs, an umbrella.

The beach is 5/7 minutes walk. The house, located in front of the church is quiet. The village has two grocery stores, a bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a butcher open on certain days and a simple and pleasant restaurant. These shops are located 200 meters from the house.

The GR 21 passes in front of the house. It allows for beautiful walks or walks with views of the sea and the cliffs. In Saint Pierre you can practice walking, fishing, kayaking, sailing, water skiing. The nearby beaches are worth visiting; Those of Grandes Dalles and Petites Dalles are destinations of magnificent walks, as well as Elétot. At 12 km there is Fécamp, 20 000 inhabitants, fishing port with a magnificent abbey church, the Benedictine Museum, the Museum of the Newfoundland, a superb aquatic center, a casino, a cinema, numerous restaurants and shops .

All this is very disorienting, surprising; It is nature, the sea, it is restful.

A wonderful, relaxing retreat. Plenty of Space.

A superb property in the heart of Saint Pierre En Port. The house had everything. Plenty of room for four adults and four children. An excellent boulangerie and well stocked supermarkets. A truly charming place with lots of character. Returned home feeling very relaxed! Bertrand and Isabelle are fantastic owners and made us feel very welcome. We hope to return.

Maison avec haut valeur récréative pour une famille

Nous sommes une famille de 6 avec 4 garcons entre 10 et 15 et on a passé trois semaines très agréable et reposant dans cette maison très charmante et bien renové.

Sa location est idéal avec la mer à 10 minutes, le boulanger, les petits magasin et le charcuterie (je le recommend beaucoup!) à 5 minutes. Et pour jouer au foot notres garcons sont allés au terrain de football public qui est à 10 minutes.

Tous les détails indiqué dans sa description sont correct. On recommend cette maison vraiment!

Cozy and very convenient house

Nice, large house, well-equipped in St Pierre-en-port (not st martin aux buneaux!). In st. Pierre there is a good backery (open from 7 am), two small super markets, etc.

Très belle maison dans un endroit plein de charme !

La maison est facile à touver, elle se situe à une minute à pied de tous les commerces dans un bourg très calme, presque sans circulation. La mer n'est pas très loin non plus, que ce soit en voiture ou par un joli sentier piéton.

La maison est bien équipée et parfaite pour 7 personnes, avec ses trois vastes chambres plus une chambre passante avec deux lits supplémentaires.

Vous tomberez assurément sous le charme de l'intérieur, entièrement rénové, il est à la fois moderne et respectueux du cachet d'origine de cette bâtisse de 130 ans !

Dans les points positif : bonne literie, couverts en nombre très suffisant et les équipements sont de qualité. Il n' y a pas de four à micro-ondes mais ce n'est pas un handicap, les plaques de cuisson et le four traditionnel sont rapides. Pas de télé, mais des BD et des jeux de société, quelle bonne idée ! Le wifi est performant pour ceux qui en auraient besoin. Enfin, Il y avait de petites attentions qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée, c'est le petit plus qui est appréciable.

Le jardin est baigné par le soleil, quel plaisir d'y prendre le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le goûter ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix/situation , nous conseillons vivement.

gîte idéalement bien situé, dans un village paisible.
