Nice flat in Chatelain

Nice and confortable appartment in Chatelain area, modern and rather well equipped. Some furniture is a bit spoiled, window of living room was not functionning and smartflats took some time to react. At the end it was a pleasant stay

Great flat, great location

Had no major issues with the stay. Had easy access to trams at Waterloo station, easy walk to other places. Clean spacious location with great back patio. Would recommend, unless you are mobility impaired (lots of stairs). Front door took a little practice. Would rent again.

Property managers were great to work with

Although the exterior seemed like the city was doing some work, the inside was clean and very well Kept. The only issue for me was that there was not hot water in the unit, and all of us had to take cold showers. Maybe it was us that didn’t know how to turn the hot water on but we felt safe, and got a good night rest as needed. Thank you, I look forward to staying in your properties again.
