About the property

All the comfort you expect.

For 1 to 3 people (see 4 if 2 adults + 2 children). In the heart of Suquet! (Historic and exclusive area of ​​Cannes) my home is close to restaurants, beaches, shops, public transport and the Festival Hall. Closer to a T2 with its independent corner bed my studio is done as much for couples and travelers "solo", delegates, friends or small families. There is also the air conditioning, the sound bar, the sofa additional bed, his private box parking 4mn (optional)!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Le Suquet is for me the most beautiful district of Cannes. Historic old quarter is typical and authentic with its old stones and the village side of yesteryear. You will have from its heights the best views of Cannes and its Croisette, ideal example for the famous fireworks of summer fires.

The area is particularly lively at night with many bars and restaurants.

2 minutes from the Forville market, rue Meynadier and the old port, 5 minutes from the beaches, rue d'Antibes and cinemas, 8 minutes from the Palais des Festivals and the tourist office, ... In short an ideal location for all !!

HOUSING:

23m2 (carrez law) / Totally renovated in August 2016, on the 4th and last floor without elevator (a small effort that is worth it) my apartment has thus the very rare advantage for the neighborhood to be without vis a vis nor neighbor above his head.

Set back from the street you will equally enjoy the vibrant nightlife of the neighborhood to see you again very quiet thanks to its reversible air conditioning and double glazing. It is equipped with electric skylight (controlled by remote).

More than a studio the apartment includes behind its curtain a corner bed independent boat cabin with its own TNT TV, an excellent latex mattress custom (140 over 185) and in the main room a comfortable and large sofa bed (160 out of 200) better suited for "tall" people (over 1 m 83) or accommodating 2 extra passengers.

You will also find a "bbox miami", a soundbar that in addition to optimizing the quality of the television (32 '' flat screen) will allow you if you want to listen to your own playlists.

And for those who are interested my children told me to specify that we capture 3 "Pokestops" from my sofa! Yes I said the sofa !!It seems that it is amazing, but honestly I'm not a specialist in the subject.

In the kitchen; dining area on the bar, high chairs ... microwave, freezer independent of the fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, all necessary dishes ...

Plenty of storage. Cover, duvet and ears provided.

OPTIONAL:

As in any city center park is very difficult and rarely free. No problem there as I propose a solution and if necessary hire a private boxing located 4 minutes walk of housing. It is in the second basement of a residence and allow you to park your motorcycle, car (even greater) safely. Price well below the prices charged by public car parks; 10th day for less than 7 days then 60th week.

TRANSPORT:

- Nice airport: Bus 210 every 30 minutes, "Mairie de Cannes" stop just 4 minutes walk. ATTENTION: following the work arrivals and departures are currently in Cannes station (8 to 10 minutes). Merci beaucoup Emmanuel pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. En effet, les escaliers valent le coup d'être montés. Mon amie et moi étions très bien chez vous, un vrai cocon ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre à la fois atypique, très confortable et bien équipé. Votre coin lit "cabine de bateau" est vraiment cool et l'idée de pouvoir s'isoler ainsi nous donne envie de revenir un jour avec notre fils. Et que dire du quartier, nous avons adoré. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et avec plaisir cet appartement et son hôte !!
