Bon emplacement, très bien équipée.

Maison agréable, très bien équipée et bien située. De nombreux détails appréciables: éponge propre, sac poubelle, torchon fournis. Serviettes de plage et de bain inclus dans le kit linge de maison, barbecue à disposition, draps propres qui sentent bon. Équipements faciles à utiliser. Échange avec le propriétaire, puis avec le concierge. Bouteille de pineau offerte par le propriétaire.

Familienurlaub/Des vavances en famille

Tolle Unterkunft nah am Meer, fußläufig nach La Cotinière, sehr netter Vermieter, gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr sauber. Wir waren zu sechst und kommen gern nochmals. Super logement près de la mer à distance de marche de la Cotinière, proprietaire très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée et tout était très propre. On était six et aimerait revenir.

Fantastischer, erholsamer Urlaub

Schönes, großes, helles Ferienhaus mit kleinem Garten in toller Lage (Strand um die Ecke, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum von La Cotinière) und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht (zwar kein WLAN, dafür deutsche TV-Sender). Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Empfang bei der Ankunft!

bequemes Haus neben schöner Sandstrand

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, ob jüngeren oder älteren Kindern, alle haben sich wohl gefühlt, perfekt für ein Familienurlaub. kleiner Garten mit BBQ vom Wind geschützt, Sandstrand mit Wasserwacht 100m entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in la Cotinière mit Fischmarkt und gemütliche Restaurant Terrassen. Freundlicher Empfang der Hausbesitzer, die auch Deutsch sprechen.

TRES BELLE LOCATION

La location correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce et les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. La maison est très propre et la literie parfaite. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Malgré la proximité de la route la maison est très ben isolée et on n'entend pas du tout la circulation. Très agréable surprise avec la chambre "vigie" du premier étage qui a enchanté notre petite fille. cabinet de toilette avec douche et wc sans oublier le petit balcon. Plage de Matha à 3 minutes à pied et le port de La Cotinière accessible sans prendre la voiture ; plutôt sympathique pour aller au restaurant et ne pas avoir à chercher de place de parking...... Nous reviendrons.
