In a leafy, secure residence with swimming pool, apartment of 70 m2 located at 4 floor with elevator, sleeps 4-6, facing south. We welcome you to ensure you a pleasant stay in our region. A 10 minute walk from downtown, you can enjoy the beaches, shops, restaurants and summer events. The accommodation is nice because it is bright, spacious, secured with guard, all in a park with swimming pool. You are quiet while being close to downtown. Ideal for family with baby.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé d'excellentes fêtes de Noêl en famille. La location est conforme à la description. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et arrangeants tout en restant discrets. La localisation fonctionnelle permet de profiter tout en se passant de sa voiture. L' exposition assure de bons bains de soleil même en hiver. Le suréquipement ménager est très agréable. Le seul tout petit bémol est l'avenue bruyante mais qui n'a quand même pas gâché notre plaisir.
