Apartment 32 m for 4 people, located on the heights of Chantemerle on the 6th floor. calm and well maintained residence.

Balcony facing southwest, beautiful mountain views and the Luc Alphand track (near the Lautaret pass).

Free shuttle winter at the foot of the residence. 350 m from the village with small shops and 5 kms of Briançon with supermarkets.

It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, separate sleeping area by a sliding door which includes a pull-out bed (1 or 2 people), door opening directly onto the balcony.

fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge), raclette, coffee maker, toaster, 4 electric plates, flat screen TV, vacuum cleaner.

Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Storage cabinet.

Accueil très chaleureux, l'appartement très confortable avec tout le nécessaire dans une résidence très calme et bien situé.

Navette au pied de la résidence, pas besoin de prendre son véhicule. Très belle vue sur la montagne, à recommander.
