Absolutely stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment with free WiFi on one of the best urbanisations in Gran Alacant and with a roof terrace that gets the sun all day long and has incredible views of the beach! The complex also features two separate pool areas (including an infinity pool) and 2 jacuzzis as well as private underground parking.

The air-conditioned lounge is stylishly furnished and features a corner unit sofa, coffee table, rug, pictures and a standard lamp. It also has patio doors leading out onto the spacious balcony with amazing sea views.

From the lounge, patio doors lead out onto the spacious balcony furnished with a bistro table and 2 chairs and sea views. A perfect spot for morning coffee! There are also pull down blinds if you require shade.

For your entertainment there is a contemporary unit containing a 42' flat screen TV (with the full range of Freeview UK radio and TV channels) as well as free WiFi via fibre optic broadband.

The bright and sunny dining area contains a table and 6 chairs. The designer inspired kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect in a property of this quality including an integral oven and microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron and ironing board. and cutlery and crockery. To the rear of the kitchen is also a utility area containing a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and airer.

The stunning air-conditioned master bedroom features a double bed, rugs, bedside cabinets, lamps and pictures, as well as a double built-in wardrobe containing a 4 drawer chest. Patio doors also lead from the master bedroom onto the stunning balcony.

Patio doors lead from the master bedroom onto the balcony which is also furnished with 2 comfy chairs, 2 pouffes and a table. A lovely place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine! There are also pull down blinds if you require shade.

The master bedroom also features en suite facilities consisting of a large walk-in shower, WC, wall-mounted unit with basin inset and a heated towel rail. In addition there is a hair dryer supplied for your convenience.

The stylish air-conditioned second bedroom features twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp and pictures, as well as a double built-in wardrobe containing a 4 drawer chest and also a safe for your valuables.

The main bathroom contains a large walk-in shower, WC, wall-mounted unit with basin inset and a heated towel rail and panel heater.

The roof terrace, accessed by internal stairs and electronically retracting roof, is the true 'jewel in the crown' of this stunning apartment. Furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs and a large parasol, there is also an outdoor kitchen area complete with fridge for keeping drinks cool, sink and work area to prepare for the BBQ. Enjoy the view as you grill the meat on the built-in BBQ. The views from the roof terrace are simply stunning! with panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Alicante and the mountains! Also on this stunning roof terrace are 4 quality sunloungers (one for each guest) and two side tables for drinks, books etc.

The communal pools (for guests only) are also quite stunning! Surrounded by grassy areas and tropical gardens and with a separate children's pool, showers and sunshades. In addition BOTH of the pool areas have free Wi-Fi.

The gated complex itself has been modelled on an Andalusian village and has lovely walkways filled with tropical palms and plants. Because of the hillside design of the complex there are quite a few steps leading down to the pool areas. The second of the two pool areas is quite simply amazing! A heated infinity pool with spectacular views across to the beach as well as two jacuzzis for guests use only.

As if this wasn't enough, the local blue flag beach is just a 10 minute walk downhill! A truly stunning apartment for those looking for that little bit extra!

Fantastic stay!

From booking on-line with Alicante Holiday Villas to our fantastic 2 week stay at Novabeach was superb. The apartment was ideal for a family of 4, everything advertised was just as that, the apartment had everything you could possibly need. The rooftop terrace was lovely to sit out on if you didn't fancy a day at the beach or pool. This was our first holiday as a family 'going it alone' i.e. not booking all inclusive, we all decided it was much better as we could eat when we wanted and were not regulated by food times. The beaches are smashing, although we preferred the quieter beach just about a mile or so along from Carabassi on the Santa Pola road. We ate out at a few places, but our favourite was the Royal Indian and the Patagonia Steak House. Overall we had a lovely relaxing and sunny time in Alicante.

Fantastic holiday in a fantastic apartment

We have had a fantastic holiday in Nova Beach, Gran Alacant. We and our two boys (7 & 12 years old) can really recommend you to visit Gran Alacant. The wonderful Carabassi beach is only 5 minutes walk from NovaBeach where we stayed this time. The apartment was fantastic with a large roof terrace with sea view! This was our seventh trip to Gran Alacant and it's always lovely to come back. It´s easy to go by bus or rental car into the old town and the harbour in Alicante where one can enjoy a glass of Rioja wine and some tapas. We always visit the market in Santa Pola where you can find almost anything. Our contact with Alicante Holiday Villas has worked very well and we can really recommend you to book your next holidays accommodation through them.

Fantastic apartment

We had a terrific stay. The weather was sunny and quite warm on the balcony and solarium. The views were fantastic. The infinity pool was warm enough to swim in though a little chilly when getting out! The apartment itself is very good, very clean and well looked after. The Wi-Fi was excellent. We had no problems during our stay and the security deposit was refunded quickly. Would recommend.

Highly recommended

We loved this apartment. From the very start we were more than happy with the service both pre-arrival, during our stay and post-arrival. Our emails were answered quickly and professionally, local management was excellent and our security deposit was returned within 24 hours of our departure. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. The views were amazing. Thank you for a great holiday.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The views are stunning from the solarium. The whole complex is well looked after and the pools very clean. Easy access to the beach and public transport. Have booked again for 2015.

Super apartment with great views

This is a very new and modern apartment in a gated complex built to a high standard. The views from the solarium are stunning, we spent hours just admiring them. Inside the apartment is very comfortable and was very clean on arrival. Beds comfortable, plenty of kitchen equipment. We had the pools more or less to ourselves on weekdays, just a little busier at the weekend but never crowded. A good mix of nationalities. We would recommend.

Gran Alacant, where all our holiday rental villas and apartments are situated, is a residential area and therefore perfect for families – just a few miles south of the vibrant and beautiful city of Alicante and just to the north of the traditional Spanish seaside town of Santa Pola. Nestling in the hills above Alicante Bay, there are stunning views across to the city and the castle of Santa Barbara and northwards to the Crevillente mountains.

The few miles distance to the airport make Gran Alacant a particularly good place to stay as you can be in your holiday rental accommodation in less than an hour from landing and, because Gran Alacant is not on the flight path, there is no aircraft noise.

Gran Alacant is a mixture of villas, townhouses and apartments on a number of different Urbanisations, all with access to either private or communal swimming pools. The area is cosmopolitan with an interesting mixture of nationalities – mainly Spanish, British and Scandinavian – yet has a typical Spanish feel. This mixture is reflected in the bars and restaurants in the area. Spanish run tapas bars, fish restaurants and pizzerias mix happily with British owned bars and restaurants.

Gran Alacant has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also those looking for something a bit more active. With easy access to Alicante city and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. Less than 40 minutes by car is the exciting Terra Mitica theme park just outside Benidorm. Also for children at Benidorm is the superb water park Aqualandia which is next to Mundomar sea life centre

Gran Alacant has six good quality supermarkets and many within walking distance of our holiday rental properties. As you would expect, Gran Alacant also has pharmacies, banks (all with cash machines), panaderias (bakers), heladerias (ice cream parlours), a video/DVD rental shop, internet cafes, hairdressers, nail bar, petrol station and car/scooter rental agencies.

Night life in Gran Alacant is low key with the emphasis on good food and good wine with more than 80 bars and restaurants to choose from. From simple snacks to the various menu del dias as well as superb Indian, Italian, Japanese and Chinese food – every taste is well and truly catered for, and at good prices as well! Please see our restaurant page for full listings. Nearby Santa Pola has a good selection of restaurants from simple tapas bars to the highly recommended Batiste by the quayside. Nearby, Alicante has numerous bars, restaurants and night clubs catering for its cosmopolitan clientele. Close to Gran Alacant and just five minutes by car, is the typically Spanish resort of Los Arenales del Sol. Facing onto miles of sand duned beaches, cleaned each day, Los Arenales is a popular weekend destination for people from Alicante and families from all over Spain have holiday homes here. In the resort are plenty of bars and restaurants, some with superb views of the sea and Alicante on the other side of the bay. During the spring and summer water sports of all types are available from the beach. For beach lovers, a lazy day at Los Arenales is highly recommended.

For walkers there are a number of clearly marked trails in the El Clot Nature Park in Gran Alacant. Birdwatchers will also enjoy following the trails as there are many species to be seen at all times of the year. A little further afield there is excellent walking near the Santa Pola lighthouse whose light can be seen most evenings from Gran Alacant.

Carabassi Beach, which is one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca is on your doorstep and all the facilities you need are close at hand.

Gran Alacant is a superb choice for basing your stay on Spain’s glorious Costa Blanca.
