Completely renovated historic residence from 2005. Access gondola 400m for access to the slopes and 2000 m for access to hiking, spas, shops.
Priority was given to space, clarity and cleanliness in this apartment.
It is a T3 on the 1st floor, there is 72 m2, has spacious, large living room, with a hotel pull-out sofa for 2 persons (2 x 90) and DVD player, wide open to the kitchen and a washer dishes, all wide open to a large entrance. The living area is 35 m2. There is a bathroom with double sinks and bathtub. separate toilet. The rooms are all equipped with large closets, one with 2 beds, the other of 20 m2 with a 140 bed and a trundle bed (90 wheeled bed siding under another bed 90).
There is a side balcony Péguère (the mountain overlooking the city) and generally plenty of storage.

While in one of the quietest streets, it is about 200 m from the shops of the town center, 400m from the cable car and 2 minutes of cinema, casino and 200m from the thermal baths of the Rock.
