This 40m² apartment renovated just before the season has an exceptional view - cf. photo coverage- an Olympian calm, every comfort yet modern, with a beautiful light and two separate bedrooms in addition to a nice stay. perfect accommodation for two couples or a family (up to 3 children).

IMPORTANT READ BEFORE BOOKING

Avoriaz is a car free resort, which effectively means that you can not drive to the residence.

Upon arrival at the resort, there is a loading dock and obligation to leave your car in a parking (covered / uncovered). The parking is limited and is not included in the rental price.

To get to your home, you take a horse-drawn sleigh in the day and a shuttle at night. The cost is about 10 euros.

This may sound complicated when you do not know the station that system but then what a joy to spend a week away from exhaust pipes, pollution and to let his children go where they wish.

Wonderful family skiing holiday

We stayed in Heloise's small 2 bedroomed apartment in March this year (2017). It suited us perfectly, it's newly renovated and well kitted out with space for everything. There is a bunk room, a double room, an open -plan living/dining/kitchen, a laundry room with shower and a separate WC. There are two small balconies, one off the living room and one off the main bedroom. There is also a ski locker complete with boot warmers! The apartment is located in the Snow Building in the 'Downtown' part of the Festival area. Don't be put off by thinking the apartment will be noisy-it faces the slopes and so is quiet. The central location means it is great for amenities such as ski rental, food shopping, children's ski garden etc. On arrival we in Avoriaz we parked at 'Parking Plateau' and took a horse drawn sleigh to the apartment block. This was magical for the kids and coat about 12.50 Euro. The apartment is on the 9th floor, and there are lifts - unfortunately the week we were there only one was working, and as it only stopped on the even numbered floors, we either had to get in and out of the 8th or 10th floors. I'm sure this is not normally a problem. We rented bedsheets from the rental agency that looks after the property and made up the beds ourselves. The wifi was easy to connect to and reliable throughout the week. The TV was great for us-there were BBC channels including CBeebies which made life easy! We were able to stream videos on Amazon Prime without any hassle (on the iPad). We had our kids booked into skiing lessons with Evolution 2 all week, and conveniently they met just outside the main door of the snow building. All in all we had a wonderful week and I would recommend the appartment.

Super séjour à Avoriaz dans l’appartement d’Héloïse. Avant le séjour nous avons reçu toutes les informations utiles : belle organisation !

L’appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de la station, proche de toutes les commodités, des restaurants et accès aux pistes directement à la porte de la résidence. Le Village des enfants est également à côté ce qui permet de ne pas se lever trop tôt pour les enfants ayant les cours à 9h30.

Tout neuf avec une très jolie déco, idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants, l’appartement est très calme, aucun bruit la nuit ! Le casier à ski situé dans le couloir juste à côté de l’appartement est vraiment un plus.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir loger dans l’appartement d’Heloïse.

Nous avons passés un séjour magnifique

L'appartement est très bien situé, au pied de ski. L'école de ski pour les petits est à quelques mètres. Il est très bien agencé et très ensoleillé avec un jolie vue sur les montagnes.

(Un seul bémol pendant notre séjour l'ascenseur impair desservant le 9ème étage était en panne) Je recommande!!!

Love this station since childhood, I can help you with any questions: ski schools, equipment rental, best spots for lunch / dinner ... Do not hesitate it will be a pleasure to discover this paradise.

On site, the ANS agency will handle give you the keys, you can rent linens and towels will ensure your stay perfect.
