About the property

T2 40 m2 central, quiet, bright, crossing, and has just been completely renovated. Beside the old harbor and on a street that overlooks the opera, it is within walking distance of all amenities and all the activities offered by the town center.

Quiet: small quiet condominium overlooking a pedestrian street and a small course on the 4th floor (no elevator) and therefore away from the street.

Bright: the east-facing kitchen-living room receives sun in the morning and early afternoon, through three windows. The room has a large window facing south.

This apartment has been completely redone. It has a quiet room (side course) with a new bed 140, a living room with a fitted kitchen and a sofa bed of 140 and a TV. The living room has a view overlooking the Mont Faron and opera.

Sheets and towels provided.

Located in the city center near the Old Port, Place d'Armes and the Cours Lafayette, this T2 crossing enjoys a central location in the heart of a neighborhood restaurants, cafes and terraces, 5-10 min walk from the station, a 5-10 minute walk from boarding ferries and 1 min by car, 3 minutes walk from the Opera, 3 minutes from the Lafayette market prices and the tourist office, 5 min from Mayol stadium and its large shopping center, 5 min cinemas, right next to the pier for shuttle boats traveling to the beach of Sablettes in Seyne Centre or St Mandrier (first maritime network France, for 4 euros return in the city center is housed and can walk to the beach by taking the boat, with a really nice walk in the harbor).

Nous avons aimé cet appartement. Parce qu'il est dans un superbe quartier rénové, piétonnier et populaire. Parce que la chambre est très calme, parce que les wc sont séparés, parce que c'est propre et que le propriétaire fait confiance aux locataires Voilà.
