Beautiful villa with swimming pool and waterfall, in Collias in the Gard. Large emerald green pool with a Californian beach and a waterfall. Large deck around the pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms and a large interior patio. The villa is located in Collias, in a quiet area where you can relax in peace and tranquility. With its 3 bedrooms, the villa offers the possibility to accommodate up to 8 people, with 3 double beds and 1 sofa bed convertible into double bed. The garden has an area of about 2500 m2. The pool is fenced by a large corridor with a green wall. It has a large Californian beach sand imitation, which gives the water a beautiful emerald green color. On the far side of the pool, a waterfall offers the possibility to refresh below. It flows through a rock formation. Around the pool, A large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun on the loungers. On the other side, the terrace is a friendly space with sofas, table and chairs. Ideal for a meal outside at the edge of the waterfall. An American barbecue is available. The villa is fully equipped: - TV with plasma screen of 47 inches - Fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer 2 AC and 2 mobile air conditioners, 1 ceiling fan in a room. Wifi is available in the house. The villa is built with two main wings, and in the middle an interior patio. The right wing, which includes the front door of the house, is the daytime rooms with the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. The left wing communicates with the right wing via a bright corridor. It contains the 3 bedrooms, bathroom, WC, and the Office. Inside is the patio. It has a circular walkway shelter under transparent slabs, and in the middle a garden on synthetic turf, a perfect corner sheltered from the outside to sunbathe. The patio is also a fun and family area with a trampoline for children. The patio can be opened to the outside and the garden by openning the large wooden doors. The colored bathroom - green apple and orange - has a jacuzzi. It also includes a double shower (large shower, with 1 knob to the left and one right). By its design and its windows, the house is bathed in natural light all year round, and is relatively protected from the heat on hot points of summer. Off-season, the nights can be chilly and each room has a supplementary heating. Access to the river is a few minutes walk. Collias is a starting point for renowned canoe rides leading to the Pont du Gard, Hiking, horse riding, cycling or Quad. The city center is 10 minutes walk, with shops (restaurant, bakery, grocery, post ...). The neighborhood has two houses, and a campsite (bungalows). The road along which lies the house is quiet. Guests have access to the entire property, except to a small room in the entrance of the house (room is closed) and the pool house (these are places for our storage).
