The apartment is not shared and will be all yours! You will thus have access to the entire apartment and its fittings. 

Someone will be waiting for you at the apartment on your day of arrival to hand you the keys and explain everything about the apartment.

Two sets of keys will be handed over, in order to facilitate your independence.

SMOKERS: allowed on the balcony and in the courtyard only. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, thank you!

PETS: not allowed.

SCHEDULE: check in after 3 pm, check out before 11 am, possibly flexible. A surcharge of 20€ applies to arrivals after 9:30 pm.

OCCUPATION: The apartment is meant for accommodation only. The reception of events, commercial activities, as well as any activity contrary to common decency, is not allowed. The building is residential, therefore loud noises are not permitted.

DEPOSIT: 800€ (cash or cheque in euros) or your passport upon arrival. We will only hold onto it during your stay then hand it back to you at the end of your stay (cheque are not banked). It is only a security in case of damage to the apartment or goods, but is not used for minor things such as broken dishes!

TOURIST TAX: included in the price.

Great location and spacious apartment!

This apartment was the perfect spot for our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax in the evenings after our long days of sight-seeing. The bus stop was directly outside our building so that made for a very easy trip to all the sights. The place is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable tv, wifi so it was perfect when traveling with kids/teenagers since they were easily entertained and we were able to keep up on laundry during our week-long visit. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment. The park is a very short walk away and there is also a grocery store nearby which made it very convenient for us to pick up snacks and food for meals. There is also a nice restaurant directly across the street.
